Chapter 7

I'm so sorry it took me so long to update this book.

A lot has been happening in my life and i kinda lost interest in writing for a bit.

But i'm trying to get back into it.

HAPPY 4TH OF JULY

Rose's POV.

I woke up from the pup being restless, so I sat up in the small room and rubbed my stomach. I chirped softly as I did in hopes it'll help the pup relax. I had grown up with out a female to teach me what I had to do but my instincts seemed to be all I needed. I winced as the pup kicked again and didn't seem to want to calm "You're very eager to come into this world." I whispered softly as I laid back again, rubbing my stomach still. 

"I too can't wait to finally hold you in my arms but we both must be patient." I chuckled slightly as the pup kicked again, I sighed as I listened to see if anyone was up. Realizing it was still night and everyone was sleeping. I sighed again as I heard my door slide open, I quickly looked only to see my mate. I relaxed slightly as he came and knelt down next to me, gently resting his forehead on my stomach. I watched him happily as he sat there quietly, the pup kicked at him slightly. "They are getting restless." my mate looked to me as I spoke softly "Won't be long now." he turned his head down slightly.

I tiled my head as I noticed him do so "Something wrong?" I slowly sat up as I sat in front of him. He was silent as he kept his head looking down as he thought "I remembered." he looked back up at me. I looked at him confused before I realized what he was saying "You mean how we crashed?" I asked slightly. If I was being honest, I did not remember much of what had happened or how it lead up to the point. He  just stayed silent as he stared up at me, he raised his hand as he looked down at it "What did you remember?" I asked softly.

"Fighting, Killing." He closed his hand tight as he looked back up to me "For you." he seemed to have trouble understanding what he had saw. I rested my head against his, purring softly to calm him, he purred back slightly as I looked to him. "I understand you are upset, not remembering or understanding what had happened. We will figure out, together." I nuzzled his head slightly as he stood, I watched as he got behind me on the bed an laid down. 

He pulled me close to his chest, his arm wrapped around me as he nuzzled my neck. My lights brightened as he did and I nuzzled him back as I stayed close to him. I stared off as we both laid there "Love, thank you. For everything you have done for me." I said loud enough so he heard me "You could of just used me like any other male had but you didn't." I gently rolled over so I faced his chest. 

His grip tightened on me as he leaned down and nuzzled my head with his, he let out a deep soft purr from his chest which calmed me. I rested my head against him as I drifted back to sleep, the pup calmed as it's father stayed close.

"No pain will come to you, ever again."
