─ "i dislike you powerful psychic kusuo saiki " you sighed to yourself quietly.

watching saiki interact with his friends was damn near painful. i mean it was almost unwatchable. it physically hurt you.

'they're your friends too you know' saiki sighed.

'i thought i told you to stop speaking to me in my mind when i'm ranting about your horrible social skills,' you responded dryly.

saiki simply looked at you through his lime-colored glasses and shrugged. 

'you're not much better' saiki said blandly.

'at least i can openly tell the people i care about i love them' you responded sourly.

'don't you start' saiki groaned.

"what's up with (y/n) and saiki they're staring at each other really intensely?" kaido asked nendo who shrugged in response.

'way to be subtle (y/n)' saiki sighed.

'you're not much better' you mocked saiki, which made him grimace in response.

you smirked softly at saiki's reaction clearly satisfied before completely shutting saiki off from talking to you through your mind.

"are you alright (y/n) you were staring at saiki pretty intensely?" kaido asked, obviously showing concern.

you gave kaido a slight smile and softly patted his back to calm him.

"yes kaido i am completely alright." you respond to his question sincerley.

after your short conversation with kaido you watched as the same conversation seemed to be happening with nendo and saiki.

well maybe not the same but somewhat similar.

"are you alright saiki!" nendo asked loudly, making saiki flinch.

you quickly entered saiki's mind to hear his response.

'i'm fine nendo.' saiki said calmly, making nendo smile brightly.

"what did saiki say i couldn't quite hear him?" kaido asked you curiously.

"he said he was doing just fine kaido." you explained to him with a soft smile.

after class you calmly packed up your things at your desk as your and saiki's friends crowded his desk.

"hey saiki wanna get ramen?" 

"hey saiki wanna help me fight the dark reunion?"

hey saiki wanna help me with some of my crystal ball readings?

all of the chaos was cut off by your soft voice.

"hey saiki let's go home."

saiki sighed and turned to the people surrounding his desk with an apologetic look before gathering his stuff and quickly following you.

"how come saiki always listens to (y/n)?" nendo pouted childishly.

"who knows maybe it's because they're in love?" kaido propsed.

everyone burst into laughter and watched from the window as you and saiki walked out of the school gates.

both you and saiki sneezed in sync freaking out the both of you.

"you think someone's talking about us saiki?" you asked quietly.

'no you idiot, people don't actually sneeze when someone's talking about them that's just superstition.' saiki sighed harshly.

you softly punched saiki in the shoulder because of his harsh tone making him wince.

"you're just made because i'm right." saiki mumbled to himself quietly while rubbing his arm in the place that you punched him, resulting in another much more painful punch.

a/n: starting books is hard hmph. i sincerely apologize if i don't get saiki's character right i'm gonna try really hard to get him as accurate to his cannon personality as possible. sorry if the descriptions a little bit misleading (y/n) isn't going to be a full-on kuudere they're just gonna have a more calm and mellow personality hehe. anyways i hope you guys enjoyed this chapter i love you guys so so much stay healthy and stay safe!
