─"SAIKI COME BACK HERE YOU COCKROACH!" you yelled while you chased after saiki. 

the whole school watched in shock as two of the quietest students chased each other around the school building. 

'you're drawing attention.' saiki teased you telepathically.

"SHUT UP SAIKI!" you yelled at him out loud. 

'it's ok (y/n) i know you're just an attention seeker.' saiki hummed playfully 

'i am not!' you whined.

you groaned and thought of a solution that would end up with you and saiki not being the center of attention. 

you quickly used your brainwashing powers on everyone in the vicinity to view you and saiki as a dog chasing a cat instead of yourselves.

"oh i guess it wasn't them it's almost like they disappeared weird." you heard one of the students.

"must have been our imagination there's no way those two would do something so brash and reckless." you heard another student

'ha now no one knows it's us.'  you stuck your tongue out at saiki.

saiki groaned mentally and rolled his eyes.

'why are you groaning and rolling your eyes i totally fixed the problem.' you huffed at saiki's reaction. 

'sure you did.' saiki sighed.

"yeah guys you're right it's just a dog chasing a cat through the school halls." a third one chuckled. 

"haha yep nothing abnormal here just a dog chasing a cat through the school hall ways." someone chuckled.

"WAIT A DOG CHASING A CAT THROUGH THE SCHOOL HALLWAYS!" everyone suddenly exclaimed in realization.

the whole entire school suddenly turned to you and saiki and stared for a couple of moments before going to chase after you.

'ok so maybe i didn't totally fix the problem!' you thought to your nervously.

'you think?" saiki exclaimed while speeding up his running. 

you and saiki did your best to avoid and run away from the whole entire school. 

the bell finally rang making you and saiki hopeful that everyone would finally leave the two of you alone and stop the mass hunt to go to class.

but you guys couldn't have been more wrong.

while you ran by a classroom you heard a student telling the teacher about the situation and suddenly the mass hunt was being led by the teachers and higher-ups. 

'this is never going to end." you and saiki groaned together.

after running for what felt like ever you had finally lost every single person in the school.

you quickly turned off your brainwashing powers and rushed to take off your jacket and snatched saiki's off his torso.

"(y/n)?" saiki let out a breath. 

"oh don't get any ideas." you groaned.

"just hold your jacket tenderly." you told him in a rush once you heard rushed footsteps in your direction. 

'hold my jacket what?-'

"OH YOU TWO HAVE YOU TWO SEEN THE DOG AND CAT THE WHOLE SCHOOL'S BEEN CHASING!" a teacher asked you two frantically.

"oh we just caught them." you said motioning to the bundled-up jackets in you and saiki's arms.

"can we see them?" a student that had caught up asked you.

"UM NO!" you said suddenly.

'they are very shy.' saiki tried to cover up your outburst.

"oh that makes sense." another student that had caught up said.

"please make sure to find their home." one of the teachers suddenly burst out crying.

"will do sir." you replied awkwardly.

you waited for the teacher to stop talking but he didn't so you and saiki awkwardly left the scene. 

you both sighed in relief once you got away from what you thought was the end of it but gulped when you heard a familiar voice and loud stomping.

a/n: i actually had no idea what to write for this chapter but this idea thankfully entered my mind. this chapter was entertaining to imagine and to write and i am lowkey proud of myself. anyways i hope you guys enjoyed this chapter i love you guys so so much stay healthy and stay safe!
