Get me out of here! Concept Dib x Reader.

"I don't get how me being here is suppose to help" Dib whispered as he peeked around the corner.

You rolled your eyes, "Look, stop complaining and help me save the world from this alien, then I'll leave you alone for...2 weeks" You whispered back, trying to reason with him.

You don't have a scientist dad...or anything like that, your parents didn't have some 'advanced' technology laying around the house like Dibs dad. You and Dib aren't exactly friends...more like acquaintances for this matter.

"Some 'alien' then, how long was he here? A year?" He grumbled sarcastically, "anyways, coast is clear" He said as he snuck down the hall. You following.

Crossing your arms, you scoffed.  "Two years, science nerd, and he almost got close to destroying the Earth last year! With the florpus" You growled, glaring holes into the back of his head.

"That was just your figment of your imagination, none of that actually happe-"

"IT DID HAPPEN AND YOU KNOW IT" You shouted as you stomped your foot. Sick and tired, you didn't need another person telling you that they don't believe in the florpus, it did happen! Everyone literally almost died! And all the buildings had to be built again!

"Y/n be quiet!" Dib hushed.

"Scared? Oh no!" You sarcastically yelled, trying to get Zim to catch you guys so Dib knows he is an alien!

Dib had panic in his eyes as he tried to cover your mouth. "Y/n! Do you want us to get caught?!" Still whispering.

But you being stubborn, you wanted Zim to find you two, not like Zim's gonna do anything bad, you always got out of his grasp every single time, it was almost like a regular routine.

"Zim! You better come get us! We're in your lab!" You shouted, pushing Dibs hand away from your mouth. Dib continued to see you as a maniac.

"I swear to Saturn..Y/n! I'm sorr-"

As Dib was trying to finish his apology you two heard Zims cackle, you smiled to yourself, Zim never had his disguise on in his own base, if someone other than you see him, in his alien form, maybe you'll get Dib to believe you!

"Well isn't it Y/n, in my base!" He cackled, "Wait..who is that?" Zim growled, his red (magenta??) eyes switched to the lab coated Dib. Dib stared back in shock.

You glanced at Dib with a smile, then began your regular routine with Zim.

With determination in your eyes, you began the words you were used to saying. "Zim! I won't let you-"

"Alien! Oh my god! Aliens are real!" Dib screamed, more in excitement than shocked, he grabbed something in his coat, as it turns out it was a camera.

Your eyes widened as you snatched his camera in fear, you put it around your neck and grabbed Dibs arm, running away from Zim and to the exit. No way in hell you're gonna let him get any pictures of your alien! He might take Zim to his dad and maybe dissect him! You found Zim first and you're gonna be the one that's gonna turn him in! Not Dib! At least he'll believe you now..

You heard Zim growl, with the sounds of his pak legs hitting the shiny base floor. Zim sounds more angry than usual.

Pulling Dib from hallway to hallway, he tried to say something to you, but you couldn't hear from your deep breathing, Zims pak legs and your feet hitting the floor.

You knew where you were going, memorizing each way to the exit everyday really came in handy, you just have to avoid Zim.
