I used to have an awesome dad.
He tought me not to be bad.
He said know your limits.
Never drive without your permits.
Keep your drink close.
Cover your skin when you pose.

I used to have an awesome dad.
He tought me not to be sad.
He commanded don't you shed a tear.
Never let your lispstick smear.
People you shouldn't trust.
Wear clothes that cover your bust.

One day daddy didn't come home.
He left us feeling alone.
He forgot his limits.
He drives without permits.
He couldn't be trusted.
He lives with her, I'm disgusted.

Now I'm taking care of mom.
My head is like a ticking time bomb.
I'm taking care of my brothers.
As he lives in luxury with the others.
Im tired, exhausted, I want it to end.
But I know this is just a bend.
