1. Your book must be published. At least three chapters must be uploaded to Wattpad.
2. Once you claim a premade, you must use it for at least one month. No exceptions.
3. You cannot request any major changes to premades unless specifically allowed by the designer (Designer's Note on each premade). Minor changes such as fonts, text, borders, etc. are allowed.
4. You cannot request multiple covers for a book. Choose only one. The password is the title of one of Ray's book covers. If you want to request multiple covers for multiple books, that's fine, but make sure you use it.
5. Please make sure you follow the designer before making a request. The designer will not start making changes until you have followed them.
6. Once you have claimed the premade, please make the required payments. You can find our list of payments in the Info chapter above. Note that we do not ask for any money.
7. We have the right to refuse any request if it is inconvenient for us or we simply cannot fulfil it.
8. Please be patient. Although we are graphics crazy, we also have a life outside of Wattpad. So please do not rush us and do not be impatient/rude. We will provide you with the cover within a reasonable amount of time.
9. Due to repetition of this action, we strictly stand against of people adding their own elements etc. to their given graphic/ cover. This have occured to us many times now, and we would like to make it clear that adding something to the cover like a border, lens flare, or anything is disrespctful to our designers. If you wish to do so, please first contact the designer and ask for their permission, or, simply ask for them to add it themselves. We are adressing this because one of our designers have brought this issue and we would like to make our intentions clear if we would have confronted this to you.
