As today was Thursday I had to go to Nate to have another one to one session, I had a funny feeling it wasn't going to be about me today, but Teddy.

"Nora, this is about you. Yeah?"

"Sure. Yeah. But Teddy he's finally opening up a little."

"Nora, c'mon."

"Sorry." I stared at Nate in the eyes, feeling a little embarrassed.

"This is why I like you, Nora." My eyes were locked onto his brown ones.

"Why do you like me?"

"You're different." He stood up and came to stand in front of me. He knelt down in front of me. I could smell his cologne, it was an amazing smell. He looked me in the eyes.

"How?" I asked.

"You're empathetic. I like that." I smiled.

"I try." I whispered. I really liked Nate, but I couldn't tell him that. I just smiled as he stood back up.

"So, how are you? Doing okay?"

"Yeah, I'm doing fine."

"We are bringing in drugs for your bipolar, we feel it's obviously necessary that you have them."

"Thank you so much, it's about time."

"Can you feel when you are about to go into your depressed mode?"

"Kinda, it's difficult to explain."

"Well I have time." I smiled and thought of how the best way to explain it was.

"I explained to Teddy that like when the voice in my head feels as though it's gone, I feel alone, hence why I feel depressed and down, and like now I'm fine, but yeah."

"Interesting." I chuckled. It wasn't really.

"How comes you are here, you look really young?" I asked without much thought.

"Well, erm. I was a student here and did psychology a little and was offered the job as guidance councillor."

"How old are you?"

"I'm 21, nearly 22." I saw his mouth curve into a smile.

"Wow, you are young."

"Yeah, it feels like home now, when before I hated it."

"This place that bad?" He nodded, I looked up at the clock, it read 17:35. It really didn't seem as though I've been here for an hour and a half. But my appointment started at four so I obviously had. "Erm, this was a good session. Over time, but it's good to get everything out."

"Yeah, definitely. Can I go, first dinner round is in ten minutes, Teddy wants to talk to me."

"Sure. See you later Nora."

"Yeah, see you later." I left the room quickly. I wanted to make sure Amber and Libby knew what was going to happen at dinner today, plus I needed to find Teddy downstairs. "Libby, Amber listen." I clicked my fingers multiple times to get their attention. "I'm going to be with Teddy this dinner, okay?" They nodded. Libby looked at Amber with a smirk.

"Guys, it's simply two friends getting to know each other. I want to make sure he's okay, he's just lost a good friend."

"Okay. Jeez Nora, you know it's only a bit of banter." Libby sniggered.

"But this isn't funny."

"Anyway," Amber started, "today I'm eating with Harvey and Dougie. Sorry Lib."

"This is actually ridiculous, you guys having to plan it in the same day."

"Actually Libby, Teddy asked me, I didn't know he would've."

"Whatever."

Dinner was as I thought. I sat opposite Teddy, we got some weird looks, but I didn't care. He seemed to a little more, but I didn't say anything. "Thank you Teddy, for inviting me to eat with you."

"Don't take this the wrong way, but I did it to be nice, I'm not looking for anything, or anyone."

"Yeah, of course. I knew that." I smiled as he did too.

"How was your session with Nate?"

"Nate, he's gorgeous. But films have proven teacher student relationships are a no-no."

"Yeah, but he's not that much of a stunner."

"Yeah, you'd think that. I think his personality is good so far, he told me he likes me, in an actual like way. Not any other way."

"I get you," I watched as Teddy started to laugh, "he's probably not a good person."

"Why'd you say that?" Teddy suddenly got serious. I cocked my eyebrows and cleared my throat.

"Look, I'm assuming okay, he came here right, when he was young, he must've done something bad."

"Well everybody in this room did something bad. He was obviously doing good, look at him now. Working here."

"I was only assuming, Nora."

"Well, don't. You don't know him."

"Neither do you!" Teddy raised his voice. I flinched as he stood up. He picked up his tray and walked away. I was left sitting there with many pairs of eyes one me.

That night I lay in bed and looked at my phone. I opened the app and opened Nate's contact.

To Nate;

Hey, I know it's late, but can I talk to you tomorrow? It's urgent.

From Nate;

If it's urgent, it's okay to talk now, come to my office. I'll be there.

To Nate;

Thank you. I'll be there soon.

I made my way to his office. It was late, midnight to be factual. "Hi, Nate. Thanks for being here this late."

"It's okay, sit down please." I didn't plan on crying, but the tears rolled down my cheeks.

"What's up Nora?"
