Xander and Flippy were hanging at the happytreediner waiting for Flaky and Evangeline to show up. Xander felt nervous as he asked, "Ya think this is a good idea? I never been on a double date before." Flippy chuckled and said, "Ehh don't worry Xander. I'd felt the same way when me and Flaky had a double date with Morgan and your brother. Though Flaky was more nervous than I am." Xander chuckled a little before he said, "Ya know. It's kind of different." Flippy asked, "How so?" Xander replied, "Well. I went on a single date but on this double date. It really feels different." Flippy got what he was saying and said, "Oh. Yeah I get what your saying Xander." That's when Xander looked more down as Flippy asked, "What's up Xander? Are you okay?" Xander sighed and said sadly, "Well... I'm happy Whisp is finally living a normal life. But during... you know and when he was 'reborn'... I tried so hard to be there for him but unfortunately I failed him so badly as a brother. I...I...I'm such a..." he trailed off as Flippy then said, "Xander you haven't failed him. You never had. I have been there for him too but you and the others have as well. Whisp still loves you as much as he loves his family and me, Xander." That made Xander feel a little better as he said, "Thanks Flippy. Ya know I sorta envy you. Whisp actually looks up to you. I mean don't get me wrong I know he thinks of you as a big brother but I sometimes think your his favorite brother." That made Flippy chuckled and said, "Me? Xander Whisp told me once that he loves all of his brothers equally. Including you and me. True he looks up to me but he also looks up to you as well." Xander smiled and said, "Ya know your right." Both chuckled before Flaky and Evangeline arrived.
<meanwhile in the park>
Whisper was sitting on a tree, looking at the park and people playing around. He said to himself, "This town is as peaceful as ever today. Father and Mother would enjoy having alone time here if they haven't agreed to walk around Mother's old garden." Whisp chuckled to himself joyfully. Though he stopped as a familiar voice said from behind, "Hey Willowquim." The 16 year old raccoon turns to see the town hero Splendid landing next to him as he said, "Oh Splendid. Whassup." The blue squirrel sits down and said, "Nothin much. Just on patrol when I saw you I thought I check on ya." Whisp replied, "I'm okay. I'm just enjoying the view of the park is all." Splendid then said, "Oh. Ya know you truly as good as your father Willowquim. I still remember the day I realized I misjudged you and your father."

Splendid was at the scene with the cops where a robber attempted to get away by using Molly and Cub as hostages, threatening to drop them on the second floor. Dolly begged the robber in tears, "No. please I beg you released my daughter she's all I have left from my late husband! Please release my little Molly and my nephew please." Pop begged in tears, "give me back my son and niece please! We'll do what you want just don't hurt them!" The cops were at their wit end as much as Splendid who was trying to find a way to get the robber to surrender. The robber threatened to drop the two if they didn't back off. That was when a miracle happened. A rock was thrown at the robber twice and hard enough for the robber to let the two go. They both fell and screamed but as they both landed on the ground, they were strangely okay. Molly took one look see she was on three year old Whisp holding Cub safely. Molly asked as she stood up, "Oh my gosh are you okay?" Whisp stood up with Cub and said, "I'm okay. Are you and your brother?" Molly replied with a scared look, "Yeah. Oh and Cubs not my brother he's my cousin." Whisp then escorted both of them to their parents. Whisp said to Dolly and Pop, "Here you go." Pop took his son as Dolly held Molly in her arms as Pop said, "Thank you so much." Whisp replied, "Your welcome mister and mam." He then walked to Flippy. The cops were really not pleased as one of them said, "Ugh. Willowquims adopted..no...that son of Willowquims got some nerve doing that." Splendid 'who had caught the crook' realized that he misjudged Whisp and his father said as he put the robber in the car, "Hey he did save those two." One of the cops said, "True. Let's just forget it. Oh and Splendid? Thanks." The cops walked towards their cars and drove off with the suspect. Splendid looked to see Pop and Dolly thanking the young boy for rescuing their kids. Flippy then said to Whisp, "Ya know. That was crazy but strangely brave. But next time when someone is in trouble I'll show ya how it's done." Whisp asked, "Okay. Are you really strong big brother Flippy?" Flippy confidently said, "Of course. Maybe sometime I can teach you to do some combat. I'm sure your grandmother won't mind." Pop then chuckled and said, "Flippy. Your nanny has the best grandson ever." Flippy thanked them before Pop and Dolly walked off with their kids. Splendid then walked towards them and said, "Hey you. Your Willowquim's son aren't you?" Whisp looked at him with a constant glare and said, "Yeah. Why do you ask? Are you a police officer? If you are then I gotta say that I don't like..." Splendid then said, "...The police I know. First off I misjudged you and your father after seeing what you did for those kids. Second off I'm not really a cop." Whisp asked, "Your not? Then what are you?" Flippy chuckled and said, "Whisp. Splendid's the hero of Happytreetown. He's sort of like your father when he's misunderstood while saving people. Though Splendid has a different type of misunderstanding." Whisp then turn to Splendid and said, "Oh." Splendid then said to the child, "I just wanted to say thanks for the help Willowquim." Whisp blushed in flattery as he said, "It's not a problem."

Splendid chuckled and said, "Your as helpful as your father Willowquim. Like father. Like son." Whisp replied, "Thanks Splendid." That's when Lifty and Toothy rushed towards them as Lifty said, "Hey kid. Come on we got another gig at the park. *sees Splendid and blushed* hey Splendid." Splendid waved to him. Whisp then said, "Well I gotta go Splendid. It was nice talking to you." Splendid replied as Whisp walked to Lifty and Toothy, "Anytime Willowquim. Anytime."
