Mia's meeting went great minus the part where she too was told she can't have the money until next week.
I've been on my nerves since then and I will be until we tell adrien about the change.
It's almost 8 now and I'm in the bank's parking lot. I took an appointment with Mr.huntzburger.
I sigh and get in with a heavy heart. I can't help but think that in a few hours all of this might not matter at all and I might end up rotting on the floor of my apartment.
I smile at the friendly receptionist and head to Mr.huntzburger's office.
I knock twice and wait for him to tell me to go in, when he does I put on a fake smile and enter greeting him politely.
He does the same and tells me to sit.
"You already know how the process works from our conversation yesterday." He states waiting for me to agree.
When I do he continues "you have 2 contracts here, a one year contract with 5% of fees in total or a 2 years contract with a 10% of fees. Pick the one you'd prefer and sign where there is an x.".
I nod and take the one year contract. I have enough income to cover it and my bills and it's smarter with less fees.
I sign it and hand it back to him.
"I need your id now." He says with a smile.
I give him my id and watch as he puts the information he needs in.
My head is full of chaos right now, I don't know whether to focus on my thoughts that are attacking one another with no control or the way my heart is racing at the possibilities they're making.
What if he doesn't agree?
Will he make us pay some other way or will he straight up kill us?
"Alright! Everything's good. The money will be transferred to your account in a week! I just need you to fill out this form please.".
I take the form from his hand and fill it before handing it back to him.
