As Tekka laid down on his bed, the faint sound of knocking could be heard. With each consecutive knock, the sound and force amplified.

"Tekka! Wake up!"

He jumped out of bed as he heard Tori call out to him. "I'm up! What's wrong?" He ran towards the bedroom and opened it.

"It's Monday, you have to get ready for school!"

He needed a moment to completely wake up, so he sat down and shook his head. "Wait-I need to go to school?"

"Yeah! Did you think that you could just drop out since we're rich now?"

That's exactly what he thought, but he knew that it would be wise to leave that in his mind. He decided to let out an exasperated sigh as a response.

"Hurry up, I'm gonna be outside." She ran out of his room and closed the door.

Over the weekend, he had completely forgotten about his normal, mundane life. Now that it was being thrusted back into his face again, he wanted to stay in this new world.

"You know what? I'm gonna try to think positive." He had a ton of things to smile about. He felt closer to Sky, and he got along with Faith surprisingly well. He adopted Chewy, and he received a colossal amount of money.

He continued to preach this idea to himself as he got ready for school, but his demeanor had all but faded as he got into Tori's car. The ride was silent. Each second that passed felt like hours of dread. Going from such honest fun with Sky, to a cold and dull chamber of hell.

"Okay. Have a good day."

"Okay..." Tekka got out of the car and walked up the stairs of the school. With each step, he got closer and closer to his impending doom. After getting a taste of a fun, positive life, he wasn't sure if he could go back to the darkness.

The day was as typical as it could've been for him. However, that doesn't mean that it was going well. Classes were boring and monotonous, but that wasn't the main issue. Tekka was starting to feel himself slip back into an episode.

Most of the time, he didn't have to worry about losing himself, but whenever he was at school, he was prone to slipping. He felt a tingling sensation in his palms, and his tears began to form in his eyes. The main reason for this is because of the environment of the school.

All of his high school friends either abandoned him, or transferred by the end of his sophomore year. This left him completely alone in a den of wolves, with the wolves being his classmates. No one liked him due to his intelligence. His class ranking was #2, while he was previously rank #1.

Throughout the day, he could expect insults and snickers from different groups of people. He put up with it of course, mainly because he didn't want to get into a fight with anyone.

The only break from the exhausting routine was lunch. However, that only served to remind Tekka of how unfortunate his life is. Looking at all of the crowded tables with friends associating as they ate, and then looking at his table, the only empty one. It was spirit crushing.

"Come on..." It was too easy for him to give in to his depression. All it took was one negative thought, and some time alone, and there you go. Being at school didn't help at all either.

Think of something to distract yourself...What's today's date? May 10th...

He looked up to the ceiling of the lunchroom as he thought of that specific date. He could see it as clear as day...

May 10th, the beginning of the end of his social life. As a highschooler, Tekka was relatively popular for being smart and funny. However, this would soon come to an end as he met his first love, Ari. She was incredibly beautiful, brown hair, with glasses. He had a little bit of a thing for girls with glasses back then.
