Y/n is a little

Natasha Romanoff Pt 4

Nat's POV:

I had just finished telling Wanda about y/n being a little, she was so happy for her. "Would you like to watch a film?" I suggested and signalled for Wanda to sit down, to which she did and rested her back on the headboard. They both nodded and I turned the tv on. "What do you want to watch baby?"I asked and looked down at y/n who was now back cuddling in my arms.

She looked over her shoulder at Wanda, to see that she was smiling at her. She let out a little giggle and held her hand out for Wanda. Wanda took her hand and started to rub her thumb in a circle. She calmed at the feeling and said, "finding nemo." Saying it as quietly as she could.

"Ok, finding nemo it is." I said and got ready to click play on the remote. "Is that ok with you Wanda?" I turned and asked her. She nodded and continued smiling.

After the film, y/n had fallen asleep in my arms. I had turned to Wanda who was turned to y/n and was looking at her smiling. She looked up to see me looking at her, a huge smile on both of our faces. "She's so cute. I'm glad you could tell me. When's your mission?" She asked.

"In 2 days. I'm sorry it's short notice, I only found out the other day. I knew y/n still wasn't really comfortable with me telling anyone." I replied, she nodded in understanding. "Wanda?" I asked and she hummed in response. "Could you try to spend as much time as you could with me and y/n, y'know before I go. I just don't know how well she'll take it." I said.

"I would love too, it will be fun. I'm glad that you asked me, I was worried but knew you already had it sorted. How long will you be gone for?" She asked.

"Please don't be mad, but it's between 2 and 3 weeks that I could be gone for." I said and payed close attention to facial expression, it didn't change she just stayed smiling and glanced down to y/n. "Are you ok with that, if not I can sort something else?" I asked.

"It's fine, I would love to do it." She replied instantly, her face filled with joy. "How about we watch a movie to pass time? And then do something, the both of us with y/n." She asked, after a brief pause.

"Okay, sounds like a good plan." I replied, as I turned on another film. I pulled y/n closer into the hug and looked down at her, to see her still sleeping peacefully. I also noticed y/n was still holding Wanda's hand, I couldn't help but smile at the sight. We then settled, watching the movie and waiting for y/n to wake up from her nap.
