Dimitri Sanders was married to Jake Sanders. After a terrible car accident Jake lost his memory for the past 10 years which is exactly how long Dimitri and Jake have been together and only got married 7 years previous.
Dimitri use to sing to Jake every night before they would go to sleep but since Jake lost his memory he swore off singing.
