Training With Piccolo

Trunks and I were flying in the air on our way to school. "If you don't understand something let me know and I'll help" said Trunks, as I looked towards him and nodded my head. I knew he was trying to be nice, but I wasn't really looking forward to go to school. "Trunks" I said, as he glanced at me. "Will I like school?" I asked, as he smiled. "I'm sure you will" he said, as I smiled sadly. Once at the town, we walked towards the school. Then once we walked through the gates I paused when girls started surrounding Trunks. "Oh my gosh, Trunks" said one girl "You were so cool during the tournament" said another girl. "Popular as always" said a voice, as I turned my head seeing Goten smiling. "Goten" I said, as he smiled and walked towards me. "Hey Rei, so Bulma made you go to school huh?" he asked, as I smiled nervously. "Yup" I said, as I paused when girls started crowding around Goten too. I sighed heavily and decided to go find the principal's office. As I walked into the office I looked around seeing a bunch of people walking by me. "You must be the new student" said a voice, as I turned my head seeing a large man with glasses and no hair. "Y-yes sir" I said, as he coughed a bit and took out some papers. "Alright I need you to sign these" he said, as I took the papers and read through them. It asked for my last name, which I had no clue cause I never really knew people had a last name. So knowing my mother's last name would be possible but I don't want to go back to the village and I knew nothing of my dad's last name. Then they asked for something called a birth date, but honestly I don't know when that is either. I have some knowledge on how old I am but that's about it. "Is there a problem?" asked the man, as I stayed quiet. "And I realize this is your first day, but tomorrow I expect your hair to be cut at least to the middle of your back. The length of your hair is ridiculous. Oh and both your parents need to sign that form as well" he said walking away. I slowly touched my hair and then growled. I put the papers in the trash and ran out of the school. I then looked around and flew off into the sky. There was no way I was going to this place. I didn’t care that I was going to miss out on knowledge of this place, I'd rather train by myself. I flew and flew trying to get away as fast as possible. However, I soon stopped seeing a large tower. I looked up and my eyes widened seeing a building in the air. I paused blinking a few times just looking at it. "You can go up there if you want" said a voice, as I stopped and looked down seeing a cat in the tower. A talking cat? "That's Kami's lookout" he said, as I looked up and smiled having a good feeling about this. "Thank you... uh?" I questioned "Korin" he said, as I smiled brighter. "Thank you Korin" I said waving and flew up to the top. "So, Broly's daughter... she's really pure that girl" he said while looking up at the sky. I kept flying till I reached the top. I soon landed on the platform and looked around. "Wow" I said, as I looked around. "Oh hello" said a voice, as I looked seeing a man green skin with a stick and a smaller man with black skin. "Hi" I said smiling cheerfully. "I'm Dende and this is Mr. Popo" he said, as I smiled. "Nice to meet you both. I'm Rei" I said, as they stopped and looked at each other. "Rei... as in daughter of Broly?" said a voice, as I turned my head seeing another green man but he was wearing a turban on his head. "Uh, yes" I said nervously seeing that his aura had increased at the mention of my name. "Uh, this is Piccolo" he said, as I paused. "Oh your the one who helped Ayame during the battle against Dalia" I said, as he paused and nodded his head. "Nice to meet you" I said bowing my head. He paused blinking a few times looking at me shocked. "Might I ask why your here Miss Rei?" asked Dende, as I paused. "Uh, nothing really. I just came to... learn I guess" I said, as they paused. "Learn?" they questioned, as I shook my head nervously. "Uh, never mind it's not important" I said, as they looked at each other and I paused when Piccolo stood in front of me. "You wish to control your super saiyan form, but the regular way the saiyans do it isn't working for you, correct?" asked Piccolo, as I smiled. "Yes, that's exactly it" I said, as he smirked and crossed his arms. "Then, how about the Namekian way?" he asked, as I smiled. "I'm willing to try" I said, as he hpmhed and closed his eyes. "Then let's get started" he said, as I nodded my head.

Few hours passed and I was meditating next to Piccolo. I was just listening to the noise and followed the calmness of the Earth. "REI" shouted a voice, as I stopped and looked around seeing I was in the air. I looked down seeing Piccolo smirking at me. "That's enough training for the day" he said, as I paused and blinked a few times. "O-okay" I said floating down and Piccolo put his hand on my head. "Your getting better Rei" he said, as I smiled. "Thanks Mr. Piccolo" I said, as he smiled and nodded. "So tomorrow?" I asked "I'll be waiting" he said, as I smiled and flew back to Capsule Corp. Once I landed on the ground I made my way to the door. I opened the door and walked inside. "Oh Rei" said Bulma, as I smiled nervously. "Have a good day?" she asked, as I nodded my head. "Trunks is in the back training with Vegeta in the gravity chamber want to go tell them dinner is ready?" she said, as I walked towards the gravity chamber and opened the door. I looked seeing Vegeta and Trunks in super saiyan form and fighting against each other. They soon stopped and glanced at me. "Ah, Miss Bulma said dinner is ready" I said, as they nodded and walked passed me. "So Rei" said Trunks, as I paused and looked at him ahead of me. "How were your classes? I didn't see you in any of mine so I guess your not as smart as me" he said smirking. I smiled nervously. "I... guess not" I said, as he paused and I walked passed him sitting at the table.

Meanwhile in space two pods were flying through space. "Dizal you felt that right?" asked a man with short black hair with a scar across his nose. "Indeed boss, looks like Broly is still out there" said a man with dark green skin. "Then he won't suspect us coming for him" said the man with black hair. As they both chuckled flying through space.

The next day I was flying through the air with Trunks and he eyed me. "So... what class do you have first?" he asked, as I paused. "Uh... English" I said, as he paused. "Your not sure?" he asked, as I sighed. "Hey I'm still learning" I said, as he nodded his head. Once at school I waited by the gates seeing trunks surrounded by girls again. I rolled my eyes and saw Goten pass me as well. I waited by the gates until the bell rang and everyone went inside the school building. I waited till no one was around and I made my way to Kami look out. "Rei" said Dende, as I smiled. "Hi" I said, as he smiled. "Piccolo is meditating in the back" he said, as I nodded. I walked towards the back and saw him meditating. I smiled and copied his example. I then paused when I saw two men in shadows. My eyes widened quickly and I looked up in the sky. However, nothing was there. "Rei" said a voice, as I looked down seeing Piccolo looking at me. "Shall we started training?" he asked, as I floated down. "Someone's coming" I said, as he paused. "How long?" he asked, as I paused and blinked a few times. "You believe me?" I asked "REI HOW LONG?!" he shouted, as I paused and closed my eyes trying to figure out how far they were. "A year and a half" I said, as Piccolo closed his eyes. "Let's get training" he said, as I nodded my head.
