"What do you mean I'm not going home?! You better turn around! Now!" I yell at him. He shakes his head. "I'm sorry, but you're in too much danger. I can t let you die." Danger? What is everyone talking about?! I need fucking clarity now! "Then tell me what's wrong with me!" He gives me the same look Karisa gave me when we went to the forest. "If I told you, you wouldn't believe me, you're not a believer Evangeline." Why can't he just tell me, it's not like I'm a god or something. "After the last couple of days, I would maybe believe you! I killed a fucking monster or whatever it was." I say with a lot of anger in my voice. "You're right.. you deserve to know. You're not a human Evangeline, you're a-" He pushes me aside on the ground, my head hits a stone, everything went black again.
"Sir she's waking up." A voice said from the right corner of the room I am laying in. Where am I? My eyes feel so heavy, it's hard to open them. The bed I'm lying in feels really nice, it's like I'm laying on water, and the pillows feel as soft as clouds. I open my eyes and see 4 people in the room I am, I don't know any of them. Only the one that is standing before the window seems kinda familiar to me. Beside the door there are two kids around my age, a boy and a girl, the boy has blue eyes and black hair and the girl has grey eyes with blonde curly hair. And next to my bed there was some kind of nurse that was nursing me I guess. Apollo wasn't in the room, I can't remember what happened after I fell, but I hope he's still here.
The men before the window turned around. "Hello kid, welcome to camp half-blood. I'm Dionysus." he says. The boy with the black hair takes a step forward. "You're safe here, no strange beings that want to kill you, I hope.." That isn't making this all better, I'm kidnapped, my mom! She must be so terrified. "What Percy here tries to say is that we're here to protect you at any cost." Says the girl with the blonde curly hair. "I'm Annabeth, the daughter of-" The boy named Percy, grabbed her arm before she wants to finish her sentence. "I- I need to go home." I say with a very sore throat. "Sorry kid but not gonna happen, you better settle down here cause you're not going anywhere." This men thinks he's god or something. "I think we should let Mrs. Evangeline rest. She fell hard." The nurse beside my bed says.
They all leave the room.
There was I, all alone in the middle of nowhere. However, The room I was in was honestly very beautiful, the sun shined thru window, almost everything was made of wood and there are a lot of plants. It's like a forest house of a grandma. I looked to the right of my bed where is standing a nightstand with on it a glass and a dead plant. It was the only dead plant in the room, I picked it up and closed my eyes, like my grandma always did when one of her plants died. But when I opened my eyes the plant wasn't dead anymore, it's reborned. Maybe I saw it wrong and it never was dead, my head is burning from yesterday.. I think it was yesterday.
My throat is still very sore, maybe I can fix some drinks. I go on my bare foot outside, where Dionysus is playing cards with a couple of others. "Mrs. Want to go home, came out of her bed. What do you want?" Dionysus or whatever weird name he has really thinks he's funny doesn't he? "I want a drink. Now please." He rolls with his eyes and nods to the refrigerator to a guy that was sitting on the table. He brings a can of coke, then gives it to me. "Do I need to open it for you or can Princess Evangeline do that herself." Says Dionysus. I didn't notice that Dionysus actually didn't really look like a human but more like a animal, a pig. Not to be mean or something but he just looked like it.
After I got my coke I just walk to another part outside of the house. I take place on the swing and observe everything here. It actually was really pretty. A little further there are standing twelve houses, some prettier then others. I also saw a lot of agriculture, grain, grapes and other things. There also was some kind of cafeteria like they would call it t school, but it was more beautiful, very different from ours. I woundn't complain about living here, but my family.. and Karisa, I need to at least say goodbye to them if I can't stay.
"Lost in thoughts I see." I turn around and there is a boy, he's one of the most beautiful people I have ever seen, maybe it was because of the sun that was shining right into his chocolate eyes. "Yeah I guess I was, happens a lot." He smiles, such a beautiful smile, why do I feel so attracted to that boy?! "Happens to me too all the time. My name is Alexis by the way." He notices that I'm checking him out and blushes. "I'm sorry my name is uh- Evangeline.. yeah Evangline." I say also blushing. Was I seriously forgetting my name, ugh I'm such a fool. "Well, I need to go. But if you need a tour or help with something I'm in house ten, I'll see you at dinner." He says with a smile on his face and then walk away.
What the hell just happened, okay no time thinking about that. But what does he mean with house ten? I need clarity, now. And my source to get it is standing right in front of me.
I walk to Apollo who was sitting in the grass staring at the sun a little further. "Don't you think the sun is so pretty, it gives off so much joy and warmth." I think he drank a glass to much. "It sure does but that's not why I'm he-" I try to finish my sentence but he just interrupts me. "Sit down, Evangeline." With a lot of struggling I sit down next to him. "You know Evangeline, you're different from the moment I met you I-" "Apollo everyone keeps telling me things but I just need to know what I am, why I'm here, what this is." He looks down to the ground sad, maybe I needed to let him finish his sentence, but I need to know what's going on. "I tried to tell you before we came her, but because of the circumstances I couldn't. You're not a normal human, we don't even know if you're human at all, you're a demigod Evangeline." I can't tell if he's joking or not, I mean there are things that happened that just not make sense but would if it was true what he said. It just can't be true, my parents are my parents.. right? "I- how.. and everyone here is the same.. or is it just me? Are you the same?" He laughs. "It's not a disease or something, but no you're not the only one, everyone here is a demigod. However I'm not. I was very surprised that you don't know anything about the greek mythology.. I'm the god of the sun, Evangeline." This just sounds so weird, all of it. "I just can't believe it." He sighs, "Evangeline, have you never experienced things that you can't explain?" Enough things, but can I trust him with it? "Please call me Angel, but I did actually, even today." He looks at me with big eyes. "Evange- Angel, can you tell me what happened today?!" I think I can trust him, he saved me twice why can't I trust him, he's a god.
"Well, in the chamber I was laying in when I woke up was a dead plant, I held it in my hand and closed my eyes but when I opened them it was alive again." When I say that appears a gold sickle with a few seathes of wheat above my head.
