I saw the 'piece of scrap' outside the gate and for a second I understood my brothers anger because that's just rude.

"You park in front of the gate?you're not afraid neh?" I said and he laughed probably thinking I was joking.

I felt nervous walking over to him to get my hug.

He smelled good though so I let myself enjoy it.

"You smell good." I whispered. Trying to break the hug and get out of his arms , he loosened his hold but didn't let go and instead leaned in for a kiss.

I dodged it.

"Not out here. " i said looking behind me shyly , i noticed the curtains moving in the house next door and i think he saw it too cause he lowered his hands and grabbed my butt.

I jumped letting out a shriek.

"You look good, actually better than the last time." He said.

"Thank you." I said dragging out the end because his statement was questionable.

"You have no concept of intloni ." I said and he laughed , letting me go.

He opened the car door for me and closed it when i was in and went over to his side and got in. We drove off in silence.

Nori sang the lyrics to the song that started playing when Eddie started the car and the radio came on. It was one of her new favorites and she was so happy to hear it she turned the car into her stage closing her eyes and singing as he watched her, marveled at her theatrical performance.

"You don't need no other body
You don't need no other body" They sang together and she laughed because that was the only part he knew.

He just added this song to his Playlist today because his little sister has been humming it for days now.

"Wow. You did not tell me you sing like that." he said surprised as he looked her whilst driving, scaring her a little because she doesn't know how he drives.

" eyes on the road." she said

" what you don't trust my driving." he said looking at her the entire time which scared her and he wouldn't take his off her, he was also swerving a little.

"Eddie this is not funny." she said slapping his shoulder playfully and he laughed at her panicked state, refocusing on the road as she shook her head in disapproval.

"are you mad at me." he said after a few minutes of silence as they stopped at a red light.

She folded her arms and looked at the window. He reached for her cheek and his touch turned his frown into a smile almost instantly.

"you're annoying." she said rolling her eyes with a smile on her face and he reached for her chin to turn her face towards him so he could finally get his kiss.

It was sweet, passionate and brief. It ended right before the light turned  green again. It left them both with a smile as they zoned off into their own worlds and the sound of music playing in the background took over the car.
