It's already 11:30 p.m. but I'm still at the office, it's been 3 hours since Secretary Jo tell me the news about Jihoon's Dad, it's been 3 hours when I knew it but there's no information, I'm tapping my fingers in the table while I rest my chin in my palm staring at my laptop screen blankly, I heard the door open but I didn't look up to see who it was, then I heard yejun's voice

I haven't sleep the whole night I already talk with the person who is willing to donate his heart for my dad, the guy who contacted me also arrived, the operation will started any minute dad is now ready

I was standing outside the O.R the nurses doctor and the other paramedic is standing side by side while saluting, yes the heart donor is a soldier, he's brave to serve for the country and he's willing to save a life by giving his heart, when the arrived infront of the OR they let his son to talk to him

Yejun: dad, you're the one who said you are willing, thank you for Mr. Park even if you know you will go and leave me and Jaeri, I promise dad I will work hard, I will help those person who need help like what you teach me

He kiss his dad forehead for the last time and he let go he wipe his tears when he lock gaze with me he try to flash a smile but that smile was mixed with pain, they need to start the operation because they do not have a VAD surgery should take 3 to 4 hours. But if they have a VAD surgeons need to remove or you have a prior chest surgery it should take 6-8 hours or more.

(A routine heart transplant surgery can be performed in less than four hours, while some complex ones may take seven, eight, nine hours—or more, especially if we need to remove a heart pump or clean up scar tissue from previous surgeries)

The surgery went well, it's been 3 hours since the surgery is done also yejun leave to go back to seoul, he was a kind hearted like his dad

Dad is in the ICU (intensive care unit) the doctor keep an eye on him they explained it to me already, he might not wake up yet but soon he will, it's normal too

I was sitting in the chair infront of the ICU, all I can hear is the nurse typing at the keyboard and some sound of the monitor

I still can remember how Yejun cry, his mom dad because of heart disease, his dad donate his heart, now he only have his grandparents and his sister
