When morning came, Tubbo woke up, before rubbing his eyes. Ah.. This didn't feel like his bed or pillow. It felt more comfortable. More.. Safe. Wait a minute..

Tubbo opened his eyes, quickly glancing over to his right only to see a very peaceful, sleeping Ranboo. Oh no.. Tubbo fell asleep on a stranger. And he was comfortable. And to be honest, he didn't want to get up. But the brunette needed to get up. But he didn't want to. But.. He had school. Right. Stupid school. The Brit went to go get up, only to be pulled closer by the dirty blonde.

"No.. No leaving.."
"R-Ranboo?"
"Mmm"

Ah. Of course. Ranboo was still asleep. Tubbo huffed, before trying to push Ranboo's arm off of him, only for the taller to bring him CLOSER.

"Ranbooooooo.."
"Mmmmmmm"
"Come onnnn, big man! I need to go to school!"

Ranboo didn't respond.

"Ranboo!!!"
"H-Huh??"

After more shouting, Ranboo woke up finally, giving a small, tired grunt. The brunette huffed, still trying to squirm out of the dirty blonde's grasp.

"Oh! So-sorry!"

Ranboo quickly apologized as he quickly let the smaller go. The brunette smiled, before scooting a little farther so he didn't get trapped in a hug again. Tubbo yawned, before standing up and pulling out his phone. But, it was dead. Of course, it was dead. Nothing wanted to go right for the small teen. He looked over at Ranboo, before doing grabby hands.

"What?"
"Give me your phone!"
"My what?"
"Ranboooo! Your phone, dummy!"
".. I don't have one.."
"You WHAT?!"

Tubbo was in utter surprise. He didn't expect someone to not have a phone. Especially someone like Ranboo. Not because he seemed snobby or anything, but mainly because Ranboo seemed like he would just always be the one kid you can find who has a phone. Obviously, Tubbo was proven wrong though.

"I don't have a phone.. My mother didn't want me to have one due to her beliefs. She thinks they corrupt people."
".. That's a pretty bold belief."
"Yeah.. Anyways, if I would've had a phone, why would you want it?"
"I wanted to know the time.."
"Oh.."

Tubbo sighed, before sitting back down and huffing. Ranboo frowned slightly, putting a hand on his shoulder. This startled Tubbo at first, but he didn't mind it. After all, it was an act done through comfort.

"Are you okay, Tubbo?"
"Yeah.. I just.. I probably missed school."
"School?"
"Ranboo, you question me alot."
"Heh,, sorry! I am just curious.."
"It's fine, man."

The duo laughed amongst themselves for a bit, before just shifting into more of a comfortable silence. Tubbo sighed, sitting closer to Ranboo once more. Not because he wanted a hug or comfort.. Okay, maybe it was because of that. But the brunette also just wanted do be by the dirty blonde, considering that Tubbo never felt as safe as he did at the moment with anyone else other than Tommy. Tommy.. He did wonder where Tommy was. He could text hi- wait, no. Tubbo couldn't. The brunette's phone was dead. The brit sighed, quickly catching Ranboo's attention once more.

"Tubbo.."
"Hm?"
"Are you sure you're okay?"
"Of course, big man! Why wouldn't I be?"
"You seem sad.. And I don't want you to be sad, dude."
"Awwwwh, Ranboo cares about me!"
"Of course I do, man! I just want you to be okay."
"...."
"W-wait, if that made you uncomfortable in anyway, I'm sorry-"

Before Ranboo would continue on with his apology, Tubbo did something that he would've never expected himself to do. The small brunette hugged Ranboo, as he tried holding back any tears from falling. He couldn't be seen as weak. He'd probably be made fun of. However, no matter how much he tried blinking the tears away, Tubbo felt them dribble down his face, before turning into a water fall.

"fuc-fuck.."
"Tubbo! Are you okay?!"

Ranboo quickly asked, before hugging the British man back. Tubbo let out a few small hiccups, as he tried to think of something to say. It was obvious he wasn't okay. I mean.. Anyone that randomly hugs a person they met just a day ago and starts sobbing is obviously not okay. And Tubbo was definitely no exception.

".. Tubbo?"

'Shit..' Tubbo thought to himself. He had forgot to respond. How would he respond though?!?

".. Yes, Ranboo?"
"You know if anything is wrong, you can talk to me, right?"
".. Ye-" Tubbo hiccuped once more, causing him to internally swear at himself. "-yes, Ranboo.." At this, Ranboo's frown only deepened as he pulled the small brunette closer. And as a result, Tubbo only sobbed louder. But of course, the tall dirty blonde was there to comfort him.
"If there's anything you need to say while you're in your sobbing session, feel free to let it all out.. I won't judge you, Tubs.. And I want you to feel okay, so if letting everything out helps, go for it.."

Tubbo thought for a moment, however it was cut short when his vocals went for themselves. He sobbed more as he began.
"I just don't know anymore, man! I-I thought I was perfect when I was younger.. Eve-everything was going so good for me but suddenly one day I lost it all.." The brunette said, Ranboo only responding with small nods. "Everything went downhill.. My father had become an alcoholic.. And his excuse was " that he can't deal with me on his own " while my other dad is just alwa-always out gambling these days.. They don't even talk anymore.." Tubbo choked out through his own tears. "And- and my only friend that stayed with me has been Tommy, but lately it feels like he has been distancing him- himself from me.. And I'm failing most of my classes.. And all the kids hate me.. AND I CAN'T EVEN PARALLEL PARK YET!! AND- AND I'M FUCKING 17, RANBOO! 17!!" Tubbo shouted, as more tears streamed down his pale, scarred face. Ranboo frowned, holding the brunette closer as he sighed softly.

Neither of them said anything, however the silence spoke for both of them. They needed comfort.. And probably help. However, they had each other. Both of them already willing to walk to the ends of the Earth and back just to find each other. Soulmates- PLATONIC soulmates.. Perfect as can be.

And in that position, of Ranboo holding Tubbo close, and the brunette resting his head on the other's shoulder, the smaller had fallen himself to sleep. The yelling and sobbing had obviously made him tired. So Ranboo didn't try telling him otherwise or waking him up.
