The two had spent most of the period together.. Walking around the hallways, hanging out in the bathroom, walking outside.. It was fun. Of course, Tubbo wanted some time to talk about the serious stuff going on, as he felt sweeping their issues under the rug was only going to damage the friendships of the two more.. And the brunette didn't wanna risk loosing the blonde right after getting him back. But everytime he tried bringing it up, Tommy would find a way to get them out of talking about it. he would start talking over the other about woman or trip or get Tubbo to trip and so on and so fourth.
Tubbo didn't realize it at first, however after the first few times, it clicked. It.. Frustrated the other. He didn't know why Tommy was avoiding the talk. Tubbo believed it would bring the two closer together. Strengthen their bond.
....
...
..
.
Or maybe the brunette was in the wrong for bringing it up? It was very plausible that the only way to rekindle a friendship is to ignore all arguments and disagreements and act like everything was fine from the beginning.. Yeah! That had to be it. Tommy wouldn't just.. Not accept taking some responsibility!! Yeah! That made sense."TUBBO!!"
The blonde shook the other by the shoulders causing Tubbo to be startled.
"WHAT?"
He shouted back.
"Do you wanna head to the field?!! I'VE BEEN ASKING YOU THAT FOR 5 minutessss!!!"
Tommy huffed, before ruffling the smallers hair. Tubbo.. Zoned out for that long? He never zoned out for that long, though.. He always payed high attention to people.. Why did he zone out?
"Sooo? Do ya want to?"
Oh yeah. The question.
"Uhm.. Sure! Yeah!"
"Great!! I'll meet ya there, I have to grab a few.. Things!!"
And before Tubbo could ask about it, the taller ran back into the building.. Leaving the brunette all alone. Again.
He sighed, before grazing the firework scar on his face. He closed his eyes, before sitting down and staring at the sky.
"Doc, is he ever gonna look.. Normal again?"
"Sadly, no. It's a scar. It'll be less.. Out there over time, but he won't return to his old state again."
When the young boy heard that, tears streamed down his face again. He walked away from the room, his burnt and bandaged fingers trying to pick at the skin that was slowly but surely flaking away from his face and around his eye. Why couldn't he look.. Normal? Why did he have to be hit? He hated it. He hated it. he hated it. He hated it. He wanted to get out. Get out of this damned body that only caused him more pain. He wanted to be able to hide his chest without the bandages making it hard to breathe. He wanted to be able to walk down the hallway without being called a freak for having scars. WHY DID THIS HAPPEN TO HIM? WHAT IN HELLS NAME DID HE DO THAT COULD HAVE CURSED HIM WITH SUCH PAIN?!? WHY WHY WHY WHY WH-
"Tubbo?"
"Oh... Hi, Ranboo!"
The brunette looked up at the dirty blonde, trying his best to give a soft smile.
"Have you been.. Crying?"
.. What? Tubbo instantly brought his hands up to his face, feeling the stream of salt water fall from his eye. He quickly wiped them away, chuckling slightly.
"Don't worry about me, bossman!! I'm just- being dramatic."
"Tubbo, I don't think-
" why do you even care?! You don't KNOW me!! Why do you care about me so much-"
".. I do know yo-"
"No you FUCKING DON'T."
"Bee, plea-"
Before the taller could apologize, Tubbo got up and ran away, tears streaming down his face. Why was he so sensitive? WHY DID RANBOO CARE?! No one was supposed to care! Why did people care?! Why did HE care?! They just met!! RANBOO CARED MORE THAN TOMMY???? WHY??? He hated it he hated it.
Tubbo continued to run, before finally-
.......
He passed out.____________________________
