"I think this would work out depending on our schedule..."

The contractor was cut off by a loud Samia dragging Maher along with her.

"Grandpa! You remember my grandpa?" Samia asked Maher who just nodded.

"One minute." Tawfiq stood up and walked to the two children.

"Where's your dad?" He questioned Samia.

She shrugged.
"Somewhere."

"What are you two doing here then? You want something?"

"No. I'm just showing Maher around." She replied.

Tawfiq glanced at the little boy. He looked exhausted. It took a lot of energy to keep up with Samia.
She seemed to never ran out of energy.

Tawfiq felt a presence behind him.

"We can discuss this later, your highness. Besides we're almost done."

"If you think so." Tawfiq nodded and shook hands with the man. "I'll leave everything in your hands then."

"Don't worry. Everything will be taken care of." The man bowed slightly before excusing himself from the villa.

Tawfiq turned his attention back to the children.

"Don't you think your br..." Shit. "Maher might be tired?" Tawfiq arched a brow.

Samia pouted.

"But it's just morning. Who's tired at this time?"

"Little children like you." Tawfiq smiled.

"We're not tired. Are you tired, Maher?" Samia asked Maher.

"No. I'm not tired. I want to play with Samia more." He smiled.

Tawfiq just shook his head. Physically, he looked tired but clearly he didn't want to leave Samia's side.

"Let's play a game!" Samia suggested excitedly.

"Isn't it too early for a game?"

"It's never too early for a game!" Samia laughed.

"Jack where are you." Maher suggested instantly.

"Yes! Let's play that and grandpa you'll be Jack."

"If my little princess says so, who am I to object?" Tawfiq chuckled before releasing his tie from around his neck.

It was the only thing he could see himself using as a blindfold.

"Yayyy!"

Hopefully he didn't trip and break his neck.

"Run, Maher!" Samia screamed.

"Samia!" Maher ran to Samia who hid him behind her.

"He can't see us. Shhhh!"

"Dad? Have you seen...why are you wearing a blindfold?" Karim raised a brow.

"Daddy!" Samia screamed and ran in Karim's direction only to be caught in Tawfiq's grip.

"Got you!"

"No!" She screamed.

"Samia!" Maher shouted and ran to Karim.

"Daddy! Daddy! They've caught Samia!" He hit his legs to catch his attention. "Save her, daddy!"

Karim froze.

His son just called him daddy.

Tawfiq put Samia down.
