It was common knowledge, among the Sacred 28 families, that Voldermort did not exist. He was a character created to spread fear into the hearts of witches and wizards. A manipulation of sorts, so that they support a certain 'Greatest Wizard of All time'. And the unfortunate truth was that it worked.
People were scared of him. Scared to utter his very name, and resolved to call him the 'dark lord' or 'you-know-who' or 'he-who-must-not-be-named'. They were so scared that they turned to the supposed person, that the 'Dark Lord' was scared off.
It was pathetic, that's what it was pathetic. It was pathetic how people, easily trust someone. How they did not even, analyze the facts or use their own minds, before determining the truth. How do people, easily believe the rumors, just because some supposed 'great person' spread them?
This is the story of how the truth is slowly revealed, and how the mask is removed from the face of the 'GREATEST WIZARD OF ALL TIME.'
