"I need you to deliver a message." Ace looked up at Lani who was staring blankly at her.
Lani stood up slowly from the chair across from me, giving an uneasy look,
"Ace, there is no way that girl is about to come stay with you for no two weeks. She does have a son you know."
"I know that goofy. Which is why we have Lauren.. all you gotta do is get her on board with this lil' plan,"
"She needs to lay low too Lani, that's his ex wife- who may i remind you, he cheated on. They'd think she had a motive to kill him." I explained.
She sighed lowly while shaking her head,
"How you expect me to get her on board? She doesn't even know me.."
I pursed my lips at her and shook my head.
"It ain't no secret that y'all like each other, nigga. Find a way,"
She parted her lips to speak but I spoke again before she could.
"I'm not asking you, I'm telling you. Go do what I fucking said." I spat.
She groaned lowly and turned on her heel,
"Ion' know who the fuck she think she talking to with her thick lipped ass." she mumbled causing me to chuckle lowly.
"Stop mumbling and get out." I laughed, as she walked out slamming the door.
If she wasn't my best friend I swear I'd kill her light bright ass.
6LACK's Long Nights played softly from my speaker as I took a long hit of my blunt, exhaling slowly.
My mind raced with thoughts of Kimora and it had been that way a lot recently.
I mean of course there was no hiding the fact that I was feeling her. From the moment I met her, I was feeling something.. even under the circumstances and even though I hate the way she acts I can't be mad.
I did threaten her and her sons life but in my defense, in this life- my life at least, there was no giving sympathy. Before I met her, I was this heartless bitch with a bad attitude but in most ways, she's changed me.
