Chapter 4

Riddhima's pov....

Now I reach my home. When I enter inside I see that 3 person are sitting on the sofa in our living room. I know two person in them. One is Ajay uncle papa's college friend and another is indrani aunty. I met her once. But how I met her I'll tell you guys later.
Now who is this third one. I haven't seen her before. When they look at me they gives a big smile as if showing off their teeth. I also give them a big smile.

Ajay: how are you beta?

Riddhima: I'm fine uncle. And you?

Ajay: I'm also fine.

Riddhima: Aunty how's your health now?

Dadi: beta I'm good and you can call me dadi.

Riddhima: okay dadi.

She's such a sweet lady. But I can't understand why they are here. Does they know each other or what. Then only my papa thinks to open his mouth.

Ritesh: she's indrani Rai Singhania. Ajay's mother. And she's Siya his niece.

Riddhima: hi Siya.

Siya: hello.

Ohhh now I understand they are belongs to one family. So they come here with uncle. I'm know Ajay uncle from childhood but never meet with his family. He is a good person and his family also looking good.

Riddhima: excuse me. I'm joining you guys after freshen up.

Dadi: yes you go.

Then I walk towards my room and my parents also comes after me. Why they coming behind me? Why they're coming leaving the guest. When I reached my room they comes and stand in front of me.

Riddhima: what happened papa?

Ritesh: beta we want to tell  you something.

Riddhima: papa tell na then. What are you thinking?

Amrita: sona they come here for your alliance with Ajay bhai's son.

I'm shocked will be less I'm numb. I can't understand what they are saying so I ask again.

Riddhima: Mumma what are you saying?

Ritesh: Mumma is right beta. They're here for your alliance.

Riddhima: bad joke papa. I'm only 21 now.

Amrita: we know beta but it's a good proposal. They are belongs to a good family. We personally know them infact ajay's son he is also a good person.

Riddhima: but Mumma...

Ritesh: beta they're just giving you shagun. There's no problem to accept it. Then you'll see groom's photo and know about him. If you like him then we'll move ahead. If you don't like him then we won't force you.

Riddhima: okay.

Ritesh: now freshen up and come downstairs. It's not good to refuse the guest who come by their own.

Then they leave from my room. With lots of tension in my mind I gets freshen up and wear a decent dress and go downstairs.

When I reach there they ask me to take a sit. I sit on a couch beside my Mumma and papa.

Ajay: Riddhima beta how's your exam.

Riddhima: it's good uncle.

Ajay: best wishes for you.

Riddhima: thanks uncle.

Siya: bhabhi you're so beautiful.

Riddhima: thank you. You're also beautiful.

Siya: not like you.

She already accepted me as her bhabhi. Anyways she is sweet. Then they gives me shagun and I take blessing from them. After that they leave our house. Then my papa gives me a envelope.

Ritesh: you see groom's photo and then tell us about your decision. Now go to your room.

Then I comes to my room. Now I'm sitting on my bed taking the envelope in my hand. Few hours before I haven't thought that my life will be turned like this. Now riddhu open the envelope. I opened it and take out the photo. Oh my my! He is so freaking hot. Did I just say hot. In fact I'm also ogling over his photo. There is no problem if you ogle over your future husband- my subconscious mind told me. But I shut her up. Now see what is his name. So, his name is Vansh Rai Singhania. He is a famous business man. Not that bad. But riddhu you already make your mind that you won't marry now. So to talk with my parents I go downstairs. There I see that they're so much happy. They're all smiling heartily and talking about marriage. I can see that they are genuinely happy how I can burst their happy bubble.

Amrita: sona you come to declare your decision.

Riddhima: yup.

Amrita: see Ritesh I told you na? Our baby will like Vansh.

When I told them that I like him.

Ritesh: yes. Beta you come and sit beside us.

So I sit between my mumma and papa.

Ritesh: I knew it that my princess will never disobey me.

Amrita: today you make us the happiest parents on this earth.

They are so happy for me. How can I make them disappointed. But riddhu you come here to say no. All the time you keep blabbering with me. Now when it's important to talk you're sitting mum- my subconscious mind scoffed on me. But my thoughts get broke by my Mumma.

Amrita: sona, I know what you are thinking? You're thinking that you have to leave us so you're upset.

Ritesh: there is nothing to be upset. We're always here for you. You just going to living in other house. Otherwise everything is same. I know Ajay and his family. They're good people. You'll be happy with them. We just want your happiness.

Amrita: in fact indrani aunty herself assured me that you can fulfill your every dreams. They won't stop you ever.

Riddhima: really Mumma?

Amrita: yes. Baby you always wanted to live in a big family. Now your this wish is going to be fulfilled. Now smile a little.

Ritesh: listen we are your parents. We never wants that something bad happened to you. Rai Singhania family will keep you as their daughter and we will always stand beside you. Nothing to worry.

Then I go towards my room but lost in my thoughts. Mumma papa knows them. I also know Ajay uncle and dadi they are so sweet. Should I say yes to this alliance. Let me search in google about groom ji. Then I goes to my room and sit on the bed. Then take his photo. He's tall, dark, handsome. I shouldn't say no to this marriage. Does he see my photo? Does he like me? One second,Am I blushing? I see my face in phone camera. Oh my gosh I'm blushing hard.
