Chapter 62

From nowhere someone pushed Ragini infront of Riddhima. Being shocked by the suddenness of the event she takes two steps back. After taking two long breath she calms down herself. Then she inspects Ragini's outer look. She's messed up. Her reverie of thoughts breaks by someone's voice which is too much familiar for her. A pair of deep brown eyes are already piercing into hers when she looks at the source of the voice. A gasped lefts from her mouth.

Riddhima: Vansh!!!!

A soft whisper lefts from her mouth. While he's busy staring deep into her eyes. Then Riddhima noticed his appearance, his fingers curled up in a fist and jaw clinched. She is once looking at Ragini and next second at Vansh as her stressed brain can't make out what is happening here? But Vansh thinks to give her little brain a rest by breaking the silence.

Vansh: say.....

He says this still staring at Riddhima. His voice holds authority like commanding someone. Taking it as cue Ragini thinks to open her mouth.

Ragini: I'm sorry Riddhima. I..I shouldn't have manipulate you.

When nobody said anything Ragini continues farther.

Ragini: I was never pregnant with Vansh's child. I made a fake report to make you believe on me.

Ragini is too much scared so she blurted out everything making Riddhima still on her place. All the time Vansh's eyes are only on her. His eyes has the power which didn't let break the eye contact.

Flashback.....

Ragini came to Riddhima's house with a tear striken face. Seeing her condition Riddhima makes her seat on the sofa. Though she isn't fond of but her kindness didn't let her behave rudely with her. She brings a glass of water for her and she gulped down in one go. Riddhima takes the glass from her hand and tries to go but Ragini holds her hands stopping her from leaving.

Ragini: please I want to talk with you and it's urgent.

Riddhima getting vibes like whatever she'll say is not in her support. So hesitantly she nodded her head.

Ragini: I'm pregnant with Vansh's child.

Her first line snatched the earth beneath her. She looks at her with wide eyes.

Riddhima: what rubbish are you talking?

Riddhima gets angry on her that how could she accuse Vansh like this.

Ragini: I'm not talking rubbish. I've proof with me.

Then Ragini takes out envelope from her bag and shows it to Riddhima.

Ragini: it's my pregnancy test report.

She grabs the envelope instantly with a shivering hand and starts to read the report inside. She is praying in mind that it shouldn't be true but her heart crashed when her eyes falls on the word positive. It's clearly states  that Ragini is three months pregnant. Riddhima knows that Ragini was Vansh's girlfriend and it's not impossible for her to be three months pregnant with his child. All her dreams of having a happy family with Vansh crashed down in a second. Tear drops falls from her eyes. Her thoughts broke when Ragini holds her hands again.

Ragini: Riddhima Vansh now loves you and he breaks every contacts with me. If you'll be in his life then he would accept me and my child. You're a girl so you can understand my situation. What I'll do with this baby alone. Please Riddhima leave him so that an unborn can get his father. Otherwise there is only one way open for me and that is suicide or else who'll accept me with a baby. Mine and my baby's life will get ruined. Do you want this Riddhima?
