Chapter 7

~Y/n's Pov~

"Y/n, do you want to come to Hogsmeade with us?" Violet asks.

"Who is us?"

"Me, Lily, Marlene, James, Peter, Remus, and possibly Ben."

"No Sirius?" I ask.

"No, but we don't know why he doesn't want to." She said looking around, looking distracted by everything, eager to leave.

"Ah, I'll stay. Don't want him to get lonely."

"Riightt." She said dragging out the word. "You know that's not why you want to stay."

"No. I know that's the reason."

"But you like him."

"No I don't."

"What ever you say." She walks out of the dorm saying something, "You just get to spend the whole day with the guy you keep denying your feelings for."

I sigh and lay down on my bed. I don't like him. Do I? I can't. Thoughts kept running through my mind until I decide to stand up and go down to the common room.

"Has everyone left yet?" I ask as I walk to the common room and see Sirius sitting by himself.

"Yeah."

"Why didn't you go?"

"I just didn't want to go. You?"

"To keep you company. Didn't think you would want to be alone."

"And what if I wanted to?"

"To late. You get to deal with me." I smile.

I walk over to him and lay on the empty cushions of the couch, where no one sat, and laid my head in his lap, like usual. 

We just sat there in silence. Silence between us just felt normal. The sound of the fire was calming. We used to just sit in silence doing nothing all the time. 

He grabbed some of my hair and started messing with it. Running his hands through it, and braiding it.

"Your hairs soft." He randomly said.

"Thanks?" I laughed.

"Your welcome."

Time flew by slowly. And I started to get bored. "I'm getting bored, what do you want to do?"

"We could play chess?"

"I guess." 

We played a few games, Sirius winning 2 times and me winning once.

"What to do now." I say, laying my head back in his lap.

"I have no idea. I didn't think staying behind would be so boring." I say.

"Are you saying that I'm boring?" I look up at him.

"What no. I mean, er, I'm not talking about you." He starts laughing.

~Sirius's Pov~

"Sure you weren't" I smirk.

"Oh stop it." She laughed. Her laugh was like music, amazing. She was amazing. Everything about her was. Some people call her a disgrace, but I call her an angel. She was an angel. The erg to kiss her.

"Me and Caiden talked yesterday."

"Really?"

"Yeah, we started yelling at each other, but we ended off on a good note."

"That's good." I looked down at her.

"You like what you see?" She asks as he sees me staring.

"Yes." I caught her off guard. 

"Really?"

"Mhm." I ran my fingers through her hair. She pushed her self up and pecked my lips quickly, the laid back down. "Oh really?"

I leaned down, so my face was in front of hers. And kissed her. It was a long, and passionate. The world had stopped, nothing else mattered. Past forgotten. Present, remembered forever. This was the thing I had been waiting for. To feel her touch. 

"Your amazing."

"I know I am." She smiles into the kiss.

A few moments passed and I pulled back. She smiled. I would ask her to be in a relationship, but we both knew we weren't ready for that right now.

"Y/n, you know, you really are amazing."

"No I'm not. I'm a disgrace, remember?"

"Not to me, your not."

"I'm not as amazing as you."

"You sure about that?"

"I'm sure." She smiled.

~Y/n's Pov~

Everyone had come back from Hogsmeade. Me still happy about what happened earlier between me and Sirius. Of course, I wanted to be in a relationship, but after all that's happened recently, I need time to sort everything out.

"Someone looks happy." Lily said as we sat down at dinner.

"And what if I am?"

"So you are! What happened when we were gone?"

"I'll tell you latter, if you promise not to tell everyone."

"I won't!" She squealed like a child.

"You two kissed?" Marlene asked.

"Did I stutter?" 

"No." 

"I KNEW YOU WERE UP TO SOMETHING!" Violet yelled, jumping up and down.

"YOU KNEW ABOUT THIS?!" Lily and Marlene yelled.

"No, I was with you guys. But remember, when I asked her if she was going with us, she said she would stay behind with Sirius."

"You should have told us Y/n. I'm disappointed." Marlene shook her head.

"How could I have? You guys just got back, not that long ago. And I wasn't going to tell you in front of the boys at dinner."

"Are you guys dating?" Violet asked, laying down on her bed on her stomach, kicking her feet.

"No."

"Why?"

"Because were not ready for a relationship right now. Do you not pay attention about what happens between us and our parents? Caiden and I just made up. And plus, he didn't even ask me yet."

"He needs too soon, or I'll teach him a lesson." She laughed.

"There's no lesson to be tough."

"Yes there is! And if you do start dating, and he hurts you, then he'll really need to be taught a lesson."
