I used to hide from people. I used to hide everything. My thoughts. My feelings. Even my love for you. Everything. 

I didn't know how to express myself. I didn't know how to love. I didn't know that it was ok to cry. And I didn't know it was ok to fall for a friend.

All I knew, was that my life was a mess. 

But you showed me otherwise. You showed me how to be happy. You showed me how to smile. You showed me how to love. You showed me things no one could ever do.

Without you, I wouldn't be here. Without you, I don't think I would be here. Standing where I am now. Truly happy for once. In a better place then I was years ago. In the hands of evil. Torture. And abuse. In a life no one wants. 

Every word said. Every nasty look given. Every moment shared. 

I will always love you.
