I just created this story
Today was the day you were giving birth. You and Eren decided to wait to find out the gender of the baby.
"Alright Mrs. Yaeger im gonna need you to push really hard and long okay? were gonna count down from 10 and you see how long you can okay?" the doctor says
"Ok" I say preparing to push
"10..9..8..7..6..5..4-"
I let out a big breathe
"take as long as you need okay, tell me when your ready to push again" the doctor says
A few seconds later "ok im ready" i say as I get ready to push again
"You're doing great baby" Eren says kissing me on the forehead and giving my hand a extra squeeze
I slightly smile at him as I start pushing again. The doctors start to count down again and this time I made it all the way to 0
"We can see the babys head, alright one more push for me mama"
I push as much as I can and then a few seconds later I hear the babies cry. I look down to see the baby.
"Its a boy!" the doctor says then laying my baby boy on my chest
"You did great baby" Eren says kissing you while looking at the baby
You started to slightly tear up. He looked so cute. The doctors then took him back to weigh him and do all the other stuff.
30 min later
The doctors finished everything up and we were moved to a different room. I was laying in bed holding my baby boy. He looked so adorable. I couldnt stop smiling and neither could Eren. We were happy that he was finally here.
"Ok since hes a boy were gonna go with that name right?
"yeah I think it will fit him perfectly" you say slightly rubbing the baby's back
"Our little b/n" (baby's name)
"B/n Yaeger"
The rest of the day was spent with me in and Eren squeezed into the little hospital bed while we held b/n.
2 days later
Today was the day we would go home and I couldnt wait to go back home. I know I wasnt gone for that long but I missed my bed.
We put on B/n's going home outfit and he looked adorable:

We made our way to the car and we were on our way home.
We made it home and I see that its really clean and see some flowers and baby stuff on the table.
"did you do this" i asked confused
"uhh no let me see who its from" eren says grabbing the card off of the table

"How sweet" I say looking at all the stuff with B/n in my arms
"Lets send a picture to the groupchat" Eren says getting his phone out as he takes a selfie and sends it

B/n then started crying so I assumed he was hungry which was true. I went and sat in bed as I was feeding him as Eren comes and lays right beside me.
All of a sudden my stomach growls. "can we get taco bell" i ask
"anything for you mama" eren says as he leaves to go get taco bell
I was sitting in bed holding b/n in my arms admiring his cute little face
He looks a lot like Eren... all that work just for him to look like his dad are you kidding me
A few minutes later Eren comes back with the food. I laid B/n down in his bouncer as we eat our food. Luckily we were able to eat our food before he started crying again.
This time he needed a diaper change.
"I got it babe, sit down and relax youve done a lot now its time to rest" he says smiling at me and kissing me on the forehead.
I guess I was tired I just didnt really realize because I was so focused on B/n. The first thing I did was go run a nice hot bath and some nice music playing in the background.
I was done with my bath and put my pajamas on. I was finishing everything up until I heard Eren walk in with B/n in his arms. We looked in the mirror and looked at our happy family in the reflection.
"Im so glad to have you in my life Y/n, and thank you for blessing us with a healthy beautiful baby boy" Eren says kissing you
"Thank you Eren for making me a mother and all the help you've been throughout the pregnancy" I say kissing him again
You both made your way to the bedroom and B/n was asleep so you both took this as an opportunity to get as much sleep as you could.
"I love you Y/n always and forever"
"Always and forever" I repeated giving him one last kiss before bed
"Goodnight my love"
"Goodnight baby" i say
