Jack's Pov
I hugged jasmine tight but then I remembered what happened before and I could see lokons face in every memory so I got really angry.
"Wait were is lokon" I said angry
"I don't know after you passed I fought him off" jasmine said as she remembered something
"Wait what" I said not knowing what she was talking about
"You gave me your powers" she said as she punched me again
"Well if I keep my powers within me when I die they could go out of control" I said Giving up
"Oh my bad" she said rubbing her arm
"Your fine" I said
"So what are we going to do about lokon" Bella said as she touched my forehead
"I don't know" I said
"Well first we have to figure out how to stop him" Jasmine said
Then I remembered what lokon said and I thought why would father reject lokon but pick me he would practice everyday for his coronation so why did father really choose me if he didn't really choose me for my honesty and bravery.
"Think I have an idea" I said
"Well what is it" she said
"Lokon said that father didn't care and he practice all he wanted so maybe it has something to do with dads past" I said
"Maybe it has something to do with your mothers death" jasmine said as she ran out of the room
"I was snooping around in your parents room and I found this in your fathers drawer" she said as she handed me a piece of paper
I looked at it and I saw no black veins in my mothers neck which ment that my mothers a human
"That's impossible" I said upset
"What is jack are you okay" she said as she hugged me
"My mother is human" I said
"WHAT!" Bella said as took the paper from me
"But that's impossible" she said falling to the ground
"If your mother was human then she can't just die like that there has to be something" jasmine said
"Who was born first" she said
"Lokon was why" I said confused
"Maybe she died when she gave birth to you Jack" she said sounding upset
"But for that to happen she had to have" Bella said wandering off
"HAVE WHAT BELLA" I said with tears in my eyes
"a Disease" she said sounding hurt
When that word left her mouth I got upset because I thought It was my fault that she is dead maybe I had the disease and I gave it to her or maybe she had before and kept it a secret form father
"But doesn't that mean jack should have the disease" jasmine said holding me
" yeah but I feel fine" I said
"Wait that means" I said realizing
"Oh my gosh lokon has your mothers disease" she said
