Chapter 17 Love Never Dies

Jack's Pov

Lokon and I talked for a minute and he told me that I was going to have to put him in the slunder, the slunder is a place we have underneath our castle full of lava and people down there work and down there until ready to be let out but I told lokon he wasn't going his anger was because he was not loved the right way so I told him he was going to be crowned king next week.

"What you can't do that I almost destroyed the kingdom" he said as stood up

"I have to you were right you do deserve the crown" I said smiling

"You really want to do that" he said 

"Of course and if you were hurting inside why didn't you just talk to me" I said

"It was hard but I was staying strong for you" he said 

"You don't have to do that and I'm okay with giving you the crown" I said 

"Well what if people reject your decision" he said trying to refuse

"Well then they will have to deal with it" I said as we shook hands bringing each other into a hug and left the room

"So how did it go in there" jasmine said from behind me 

"It went fine" I said pulling her in close

"What are you doing" she said 

"Nothing" I said with a smirk on my face

I kissed her and she kissed back then jasmine said she and bella found a way to save lokon I picked her up and spun her around I was so happy I could save my brother and I could see him live a happy life in the kingdom

"That's amazing" I said as I put her down

"I knew you would be happy" she said smiling 

"Well how do we save him" I said as she pulls out a small pill

"Give him this it should take out any non needing germ inside his body" she said giving the pill to me

"Okay that sounds good" I said 

I went to go find lokon and give him the pill I couldn't find him in the castle so I looked around Altherra and I found lokon sitting by a lake were my mother used to tell us stories about different types of animals She has seen around Altherra

"So this is were you go" I said scaring him

"Were you following me" he said as he jumped in fear

"No of course not but I found a way to save you" I said excited

"Really how" he said standing up

"With this" I said showing him the pill

"How is this supposed to help me" he said confused

"This should take away all the non health germs in you body" I said giving him the pill

"Okay here goes nothing" he said as he put the pill in his mouth and swallowed

"Do you feel different" I said worried

"No I..I feel fine" he said happily

I hugged him then we headed back to the castle everyone was curious about if the pill worked and well I'm lucky it did because I could not live in a world with out my family then we had a ball to celebrate and we invited everyone and they were not scared of lokon and that he was nice and gentle but I saw jasmine sitting down by herself so I went towards her 

"You enjoying the ball" I said sitting next to her 

"Yeah I am thank you" she said smiling

"Are you okay you seem weird" I said worried

"Yeah I'm fine why" she said 

"Are you sure" I said 

"Yes jack now go dance" she said 

"Not without you" I said as I pulled her up

I took her to the dance floor and we danced she laid her head on my shoulder I kissed her forehead and we kept dancing an hour later the ball was over and everyone left Bella showed lokon to his room I took jasmine to hers and she asked me to stay so I did and we fell asleep
