So... Incase you hadn't realized, I hate shopping, especially if it's not online shopping. I'm not a fan of crowded shopping centers and malls. Lee lives for shopping. Anything that involves trying on clothes and just looking great is more on Lee's alley. Charity on the other hand tags along just for the food.
After what seemed like an eternity of walking around the mall and trying on different types of fabric, yes I said fabric, we finally settled on an outfit I'm not sure how to describe. We're currently at Startbucks having coffee.
"Did you like really take a look at that guy?? Do you think he has friends as hot as him, better yet a twin or something", Lee asked as she took a sip of her ice latte.
Charity rolled her eyes before responding. "I swear, everytime one of us meets someone, Lee has to find out if the guy has a brother or a friend as hot as him. Child aren't you seeing someone? Last time I checked you were too busy blowing us off to spend time with that moron you call a boyfriend".
"Are you referring to that guy she blocked on all her social media platforms because he's 'clingy'... I swear she'll be single for the rest of her life at the rate she's going", I responded.
So Lee met this guy at an art event she attended. She literally spent the first two weeks gushing about how he's a breath of fresh air and spoils her rotten... Her words not mine. Of the three of us, Lee's track record of dating guy, well her version of dating guys for two weeks max is ridiculous (eye rol).
"In my defense, he really was clingy. I mean who calls every 5 minutes though. I wasn't blowing you guys off. I swear. I was in love"...
I honestly have nothing to say to this girl at this point. "I'm assuming we're done with the shopping right? I have a paper due on Friday and I'm yet to get started"...
And that's how the day went. Boring I know. As boring as the day's events were, nothing could've ever prepared me for the roller-coaster ride of drama I was about to get myself in within the next coming months. I swear, as the most level headed on in my circle of friends, I'm the one who ends up in those most drama filled situations all the darn time...

Hey guys. Sorry for going AWOL on you. It's been hectic on my side. I think at some point I went down that dark depression hole and it took a lot to get me back up. But.... I'm back now. I'm okay and recovering.
The pandemic has done so much damage than anticipated😭. Hoping and praying that everyone is doing great and coping well. Updates will be much more frequent now.
