Maya POV
Its finnaly 3:15 school is out and I have to go home with the Matthews I know m cones are still at their house but still I want to advoid Cory not go towards him, Cory was outside waiting at circle drive like he said he was going to do me and Riley locked hands together and walked over to the car Riley whispered to me
"Its going to be okay Maya"
"I hope so"
I opens the car door and gets in
The whole car ride was quiet

We finally pulled up to the house and got out Mr.Matthews unlocked the door and we walked in me as me and riley was about too walk up stairs Cory called m back down and told Riley to go upstairs.
I walked back down the step's
"Yes?"
"Maya can you please sit down we need too talk"
I sat down on the long couch

Cory's POV
"Maya"
"Yes"
"I'm sorry I hit you I didn't mean to hurt you, when you ran away last night we didn't know what to do you scared us you scared me the most, the only reason I'm so hard on you is because I love you I want the best for you"
"Cor-"
"No maya, its my fault its all my fault"

"Maya" Cory said cutting her off again
"I'm really sorry, I didn't mean none of the stuff I said about adoption I really didn't "
"Cory will you please just listen, I'm sorry that I ran off and didn't tell you nor topanga or Riley I'm sorry truth be told when you yelled at me you put fear in my heart, I never knew you could hit that hard" Maya was holding back the tears
"Maya what I did was not okay I didn't handle the situation the right way handled the wrong way, I should of hit you like you were a man which your not, Maya I see you as a daughter"
Maya started crying

Maya layed her head down on my shoulder and cried
