I look over at Lucas and Lucas looked at me, he smiled and waved. Deep down inside I was scared and nevous. I thought about why'd Mr.Matthews pair me up with lucas? Is this Riley's plan or something
The bell rings and Maya gets up and rushes out the class
Lucas POV
Mr.Matthews pairs me up with Maya I was happy. Maybe me and her could get some one on one time, maybe me and her could talk, maybe I could finally tell her my feelings for her.
"Hey Maya what's the big rush" Lucas yells to Maya as she rushing out the class room
"Nothing I just can't be late to next block that's all" Maya said looking at Lucas
"Well Mr.Matthews said we are working together" Lucas Said staring at Maya smiling a bit
"Yeah, I heard exciting isn't it?" Maya said staring back at Lucas
"Do you have any specific place you would like to work?" Lucas asked curiously
"Yeah, maybe the library" Maya said
"Yeah, that sounds like a plan" Lucas said
"Alright see you later Lucas" Maya said walking away smiling a bit

I would call this a date, Maybe I should call it a study date? I Like Lucas, I've liked him for a long time. I wonder do it like some else? Maybe, what if he likes me? No, that couldn't be I'm too ugly.
