"Where does this one go?" (Y/N) asked while holding up a book in the air. Due to Yukari's request, you had been staying in the human village for a couple of days. In order to avoid meeting the two celestials that were looking for you, she would drag you into her gap and keep you there until they had left the village.
Currently, you had an apron draped over you and was standing next to a large pile of books. During the break you were taking from walking around Gensokyo, you had found a job to help pay for things that you and Sekibenki needed. That job was being the assistant at Suzunaan.
"That shelf over there." The other person in the store told him. That person was the owner of the book store, Kosuzu Motoori.
"Right." You nodded and started to place the books in the correct order. As he did that, Kosuzu was checking the books that were returned this morning. Seeing that she was distracted by her work, (Y/N) tried to sneak into a specific section of the store. "Just a little more..."
"You're not allowed in there." Kosuzu told him as she was suddenly behind him.
"Come on, I was just looking for a- a- a Carmen Santiago book. I mean, she had to have gone to Gensokyo at some point, right?" You asked as she furrowed her brow in confusion.
"Carmen Santego?" She questioned.
"Never mind, but about those books..." You said while sidestepping her, but she quickly got back in front of you.
"No (Y/N)." She held her arms out to prevent you from getting past her.
"But demon books!" You whined while pointing at the shelf.
"Sekibenki forbid me from giving you those books." She said while trying to push you away from them. Key word 'try'. She pushed you as wouldn't move an inch.
"Fine. I'll stop for today." You relented while walking to a different part of the store. "Do you got any books by bl-" A hand snatched you from the back of your shirt and pulled. Screaming in fright, you were dragged back as familiar eyes were staring at you.
"Welcome back (Y/N)." Yukari smiled as she sat on one of her gaps.
"Yukari, don't pull me like that all of a sudden." You said while trying to make yourself upright, whichever direction that was for you as you were drifting in Yukari's gap space. You struggled until Yukari fixed your position.
"It wouldn't be as fun though." She giggled, making you sigh.
"Alright, what did you bring me for?" You asked as she hid her smile behind her fan again.
"I'm glad you asked (Y/N). There's two people who are eager to meet you." She said while opening a gap next to her.
"And I take it you won't tell me who they are?" You asked. Your only answer was a wink. You sighed before walking into the gap.
