The following day, Yuju had forced you to meet her at the mall. Your mother also forces you to wake up and you finally did.

You groaned. You took a shower and prepared yourself to head to the bus stop that brings you to the mall. Yuju had asked you to meet her at the ice cream cafe and you find her sitting by the window with 2 recognisable males.

Her boyfriend, Jay and idiotic Yibo.

You slowly made your way to their table and Jay waves at you as he sees you entering the cafe. Yuju also turns to wave back at you and you wave back at the both of them while trying to avoid eye contact with Yibo. You feel that even with a short time of eye contact with him, you could crumble down into pieces.

You sat down beside Yuju and grips onto your purse tightly.

"We decided to do a double date!" Jay says excitedly. He knows it wasn't the best idea but he and Yuju wanted the both of you to work things out. He didn't want the same thing to happen to him. Took him two years of being partners in class with Yuju to realise his true feelings for her.

"What flavours would you guys want? I'm buying! Jay beamed.

"Strawberry!!" Yuju says excitedly.

"I know your favourite dummy," he says and pinches her cheeks.

You smiled at their cute moment together. Is this what jealousy feels like?

"What about you and Yibo?" Yuju asks.

The both of you didn't answer and just stared at the floor.

"Well then, we'll get ours first since you guys have not decided yet," Jay exclaims as he motions Yuju to follow him.

You knit your brows together and grabs Yuju arms tightly while shaking your head.

Yuju looks at you and pats your hand.

"Why don't you and Yibo order for us? Strawberry cheesecake for Mina." Yuju says as she sits back down, still holding onto your hand.

Jay nodded and pats Yibo's shoulder to follow him.

After the both of them left,

"I-I can't do this, Yuju. Please, can I just go home?" you plead.

"Do you trust me?" she asks.

You nodded without any hesitation.

"Then trust me on this will you? I'll always be here for you," she says, giving you a reassuring smile.

You bit your bottom lip and nodded.

The two boys came back after a few minutes. Jay passing Yuju her strawberry cup while Yibo places your strawberry cheesecake cup on to the table. You slowly grab the cup to see no spoon on it.

A hand appears into your sight holding a spoon. You knew it was him as you recognised the bracelet he had always worn since the first day you met him.

You turn your head and stand up to head to the counter.

Yuju grabs on to your hand, "Where are you going?"

"To take a spoon," you said smiling.

Yuju gave a slight nod and releases her hand. You walk to the counter to grab a spoon and made your way to the table.

Yibo took back the spoon he initially gave to you by placing it back on the table and eats his ice cream slowly.
