Megumi suddenly interrupted, a tad bit more frantic then he'd like to admit, "Uh, I mean... I'll take her in, for observation... don't tell the elders just yet. Maybe I can gain some information from this curse. It could be helpful to us."
Megumi stood up and turned to a mildly stunned Gojo. Gojo leaned off the wall and walked towards Megumi, stopping just a couple feet in front of him and the girl's body.
He locked eye contact with Megumi, though he had his mask over his eyes and Megumi couldn't actually see his gaze, he still stood his ground.
Gojo tilted his head, and the corners of his mouth curled up.
"Hm, okay Meg'. Go for it." His serious expression fizzled out along with his masked disapproval. Gojo didn't actually want to leave the curse alone with Megumi, but something about the way Megumi was acting was awfully... familiar. He hummed at the remembrance of their late friend, who found himself in a similar position.
"She's all yours, I'm sure you understand I have other issues to concern myself with, regarding new Jujutsu Sorcerer recruitment?" he spun around and sauntered over to the door, stopping when he placed his hand on the doorknob.
"And one more thing...." he started. He lifted one side of his mask, exposing his coral blue irises.
"It's your job to kill her if she goes crazy, or tries to kill you..."
He twisted the knob and swung the door open, disappearing behind the large platinum door and into the hallway, his footsteps receding as he strayed further and further.
Megumi stared at the door as it shut with a loud bang, he'd honestly been a little taken aback by what Gojo had said. And suddenly, he'd been a little more reluctant in the decision to kill the woman laying at his feet.
