Damien
Tommy and I walked into the club, an aura about us, every woman we passed turning their heads and watching. The grin on my face said it all. Easy fucking pickings.
We immediately found a table near the dance floor and waited for a waitress to come get our drink order. She was cute as all hell, too. Slender, petite girl with long flowing blonde locks, bright blue eyes and lips that looked like they were ready to suck cock.
She batted her eyelashes at us as we unabashedly flirted before turning to go get our drinks.
Tommy was looking at me with the dumbest smirk on his face, his eyes lit up, like he had just received a present that he couldn't wait to unwrap. "Dibs." He simply stated.
I shrugged and glanced around the room. I didn't mind. There was plenty to work with here. My gaze stopped suddenly, my eyes squinting, trying to figure out if what I thought I saw, was really what I was seeing. I had only seen her twice now, through the window.
"What?" Tommy asked, as he turned in his chair and began to look around. "Ah." Was all he said when his eyes found my target.
There in the far back booth, a glass to her perfect lips, was my 'unattainable' angel.
My gaze didn't move or falter as I watched her closely. Even as Tommy began to speak, my eyes did not budge. Like a predator stalking his prey, I was ready to pounce.
"Seriously dude. Don't even try it. I'm telling you, she will not have it. I don't know a single person in this town that has been able to so much as coax a kiss out of those fucking insanely perfect lips."
I felt a growl leave my throat as my eyes finally left my woman, darting back to Tommy's face. His hands flew up in a defensive position as he laughed, although I was pretty sure I could see fear in his eyes.
"Don't talk about her lips that way." I muttered, my gaze immediately going back to her.
"Whoa whoa whoa. Calm down, Damien. You haven't even met the girl yet and you're acting kind of crazy right now."
My brain snapped me back instantly and I looked back at Tommy, my eyes wide. What the fuck? What the fuck was that? Why did I say that? I shook my head violently and ran my hand through my hair. This girl was going to be the fucking death of me.
His laughter continued as the waitress walked back up with our drinks. I refused to let Tommy pay as I slipped her a bill and she smiled graciously when I told her to keep the change. The moment she left, my eyes went back to my angel. "What the fuck?" I muttered quietly while my head swiveled around the room, damn near replicating the little freaky girl off The Exorcist.
She was no longer in her booth. I let out a loud huff, slamming my drink in one gulp.
The waitress was still nearby and noticed when I raised a finger, as I mouthed 'one more please'. She nodded and hurried away. She will be back quickly, no doubt. I always received the best service. Sure, my looks helped, but I was also a generous tipper and the waitresses never strayed far.
