Chapter 3//Im sorry

I have to go back to school cause if I don't the principle will call my parents and then they'll beat me ten times worse than usual. I went back to school and the bell hasn't rung yet so I just went to I go my locker and put some of my books away, then the bell rang. I have all my periods with Steven so that just makes my life even more horrible. I sat down in the back then Steven walked in with his friends "Hey look who it is! I'm surprised you came back bitch!"he says and I just put my head down into my arms. "Why are you such a fuck up?"he says "I'm sorry I'm such a fuck up. I'm sorry. I'm sorry."I say while lifting my head up "What the fuck. Why are you not upset?"he says "Steven. You don't even get it."I say "Get what?"He says "Nothing, I'm just sorry for being such a fuck up. I guess it's a good thing that you won't have to see or deal with me after today."I say, Because I think I'm just going to end it today. You know, the whole life thing😔 "What are you talking about?"he says "Im just end it today. It'll make everyone happier."I say "Wait! You mean your gonna end your life? Your gonna kill yourself?"he says in a whisper and I just nod my head yes and feel a tear slide down my cheek. "Meet me by the bathrooms in 10 minutes."he says then sits down in his seat.

The ten minutes went by and I saw him get up to the bathroom so I went to. But, I don't why. He was standing near the restroom pacing back and forth. "What is it that you need Steven. To bully me some more? 'Cause if it's that just go ahead, tells how ugly I am and how much of a fuck up I am. At this point I can't be sad about it anymore because in a couple hours I'm gonna be gone."I say "what about your parents?"he says "They don't care about me. They'll probably be glad that I'm gone."I say looking at the floor "But there your parents."He says and I lift up my shirt and show him my back "Oh my god."he breaths out.

She lifted up her shirt and there was a big bruise that was almost covering her whole back "Who did that to you?"I say "my dad."she says and started tearing up "How?"I say "he through me at the wall"She says. Oh my fucking God. I can't believe her parents would do that to her! "I'm so sorry for being so mean to you."I say "Why would you do that to me Steven? What did I ever do to you?"she says while crying. "I don't know Laine."I said 'cause honestly, I did have a reason but I guess I forgot😢. Oh my gosh, I can't believe it! I just realized I was actually bullying her! I'm so ashamed of myself. "Oh my god, Laine I'm so sorry. I really am. Can you please forgive me?"I say "I can never forgive you for doing that to me. I honestly wish that I could've died when-"She stopped. "When what?"I say "I-Umm... I almost did die because I hit a vein and it wouldn't stop bleeding."she whispers while crying. Did she cut herself? I didn't even know that! I grabbed her arm and pulled up her sleeve and there was tons of scars and even really recent cuts! "why?"I say "You."she says "All of them?"I say "yea"She says "I'm so sorry"I say "But your the one who told me to cut."she says. Oh my gosh, I did tell her to cut herself. A lot of times but, I didn't think she actually would. "Im sorry, can you please forgive me. I'll never be mean to you again. I promise."I say "I don't know, Steven. You have to show me that you'll not be mean anymore."she says "I won't, I promise"I say and hug her. She hugged back surprisingly...
