Four

~I'm just another promise you couldn't keep ~

It's been three days since we've been on the road. We stopped at a little place to stay for the night until the next morning. I was thinking about my marriage to him and how I feel about William. I really like William but at the same time I did not want to hurt  Oliver at all. 

Can someone just save me ? 

I stared at him waiting to see where he and I were going to sleep since he didn't want to make any commotion on ordering two rooms separately. I told him I will lay in the bed and he insisted that I take the bed while he sleeps on the floor, once or had established where we are going to sleep. 

I slept dreaming of a place I once knew but there was a man there with me but I couldn't see his face until he turned around and saw William walking towards me holding my hand dancing with me in happiness.

Until I saw Oliver with a sword in his hand ready to hurt him but by then I took the sword killing Oliver myself. I woke up so fast knowing I killed him, then I saw him sleeping on the ground peacefully which made my heart feel a little better and relieved. 

"Oliver,wake up." I shook him when he woke up looking at me like I was a crazy fool who just woke him up from his dream.

"Ophelia, what are you doing waking me up from a little sleep?" He asks.

"So sorry for waking you up but I thought you were dead since I dreamt of you dying." I took a deep breath before I told him and he told me to sleep until tomorrow dawn light. I can tell we are not on good terms with this loveless arrangement since I told him I will not love him.

It was a long dark night as I saw myself in the forest running away from everything where everything felt free and I was free from the royalty and love. I had thought everything would be like that, I just realized this is not my life since I am an orphan with a kingdom to run and another kingdom to marry in.

We were on the road heading straight to Alexandria. I felt at ease being in the carriage but I was hoping that someone is alive and well while being in the castle during my absence.

I can see that my castle is still standing which shows something to prove that I am still its ruler. Once I headed out of the carriage, I saw my chambermaid telling me there was a terrorist running through my castle during my absence,I marched to the place seeing the terrorist in my father's chair. 

"Leave this place, I am it's ruler." I stood my ground.

"So you are the princess of Alexandria?" He asks.

"Yes." I said so he laughed,then he drew out his sword ready to kill me but Oliver came to save me from being hurt by this mad man.

"You fool!" He shouted. 

"Apologize to the lady." Oliver demanded the mad man to.

"Either you are a fool or you are some idiot in love with some bitch who is nothing but a wench. He mocks me.

"I, sir, am not a wench." I marched towards him punching him in the face. Oliver pulls me  where the mad man asks me if I went mad for punching him.

"You punch like a girl." He mocked me.

"I am a girl." My face turns red.

"Sorry madam." He bows to me to mock me where I saw the general my father had until everything went down badly here. I was shocked to know he was alive all this time and didn't let me know he was alive and the castle was handled by fools.

"Your majesty." He bows. 

"My general,how have you been?" I ask as he kisses my hand. The general is one of the noblemen my father ever had on his side especially during war. His name is Kieran, he has nice long blonde hair with blue eyes and his son reminds me much of him as well, especially when we were friends.
