Oliver point of view ….

Ophelia, William, and Lina were already at the dining hall having breakfast while I was laying in bed agonizing about what happened yesterday. I got myself prepared until I heard my mother laughing in the backyard with father. I was wondering why they were in Ophelia’s backyard having a cup of tea laughing. 

I went to the backyard asking them what are they doing back here having a laugh here while my heart is bleeding out badly all because Ophelia hurt me. 

‘’Darling, please don’t tell me you still love Ophelia?’’ Mother aked.

‘’Mom, please not talk about this.’’ I said.

‘’Darling, she is with William now.’’ She touched my face but i didn’t want her sympathy because i knew what i did was wrong last night.

‘’I heard Lina said you gave her the best time of her life.’’ my mother was mocking me.

I went back inside heading towards the dining hall seeing that everyone had left but was leading their way to my parents in the backyard but Ophelia wasn’t there since my mother doesn't like her and she didn’t want to get into depth with her anymore. 

Ophelia had to get ready after all, she will become queen in a few days which is now the biggest shocking news. I went to find her where she was sitting down in a swing reading a book while slightly rocking back and forth. 

‘’Hey, we didn’t see you this morning.’’She got up walking towards me so she could receive a hug from me.

‘’I know, i woke up late.’’ I was shaking my head before I embraced her. 

‘’At least you weren’t there for breakfast because Lina was showing off how you slept with her like crazy.’’ She says.

‘’What?’’ I scratched my head, turning away from her eyes.

‘’I mean she is your wife so you are allow to have intercourse with her anyways.’’ She laughed but the reaction I wanted was anguish or disappointment but she was showing me laughter and joy.

‘’Yeah, I guess.’’ I said. She sat down on the swing slightly rocking it back and forth where she read her book back again. I told her that she doesn’t have to fear because I know she will be a great queen.

She closed her book staring at me where she smiled telling me she is grateful to have me as long as she is in the process of her coronation. Lina found us and was wondering why do Ophelia have her arms around me like we are about to kiss but at that moment I wanted to kiss Ophelia but i had to let her go so I could chase after Lina.

‘’Lina, wait.’’ I shouted but she continued to walk faster than before until I finally reached her.

‘’What do you want? I know you love her but what am i to you then?’’ She was crying because she has been getting her heart hurt by me so many times and it was time to let go of a dream i never will have because there is another dream i can have right here.

‘’I care about you and i am willing to open my heart to love you as well.’’ I said to her where she wiped her pretty eyes from those tears that were dripping down on her face as she leaned in for a kiss. I couldn’t help myself but to think, could I ever forget about Ophelia?

Found mother so drunk, I needed to help her get to her room. She was starting to complain how she had to endure this dreaded coronation of princess Ophelia of Alexandria when she was supposed to be happy if we were wed to me.
