𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬. [Song Mingi]

II

I'm sitting down at a bench near the canteen, i'm currently waiting for Soojin to finish her class because we promised to eat lunch together. I usually eat with Soojin and Mingi, sometimes Mingi's friend will join us too. I was just playing with my phone until i heard someone's calling my name. It's Soojin. She's running in tiny while holding some papers in her chest, she seems all over the place.

"What's with the papers? You looked horrible seriously." I said while trying to take some of the papers from her hands.

"Let's just go now, microbiology sucks. Maybe i should've choose businesses for my major." She whined.

"Yeah right, i struggle with that too." I replied then patting her back gently.

"Where's Mingi though? Why are you guys not together?" Soojin asked.

"He hasn't finished his class yet, he'll be there later with his clique." I replied.

Soojin and I sat down at the canteen while enjoying our meal. It was a peaceful lunch, it was. Not until Mingi and his clique came.

"Hyerin!! I miss you!" He screams while running towards me. He sat down next to me then pulling me into a tight hug. I don't get him sometimes, i wonder what the hell is going on inside his head.

"Ya! stop hugging me!" I screamed back at him and pushing him away trying to escape from his hug.

"Are you sure they're not dating?" Yeosang asked sarcastically while making his way to sit down next to Soojin which followed by Wooyoung and Yunho.

"This is just Mingi strategy to make the boys thinks that the lovely and pretty Hyerin is dating someone, so they'll stay away from her." Wooyoung stated.

"Totally agreed." Yunho replied then letting out a chuckle.

"It's not like that ew, he's just too clingy." I denied. Then i slapped Mingi's arm gently, and of course Mingi being the dramatic queen pretending to get hurt as if i slapped him with a baseball bat.

"You guys are so mean, how come you're not waiting for me to finish my class." San suddenly came and took the seat beside Mingi.

"We're waiting for you here while eating our meals." Yeosang said followed by Wooyoung's elmo laugh which made San pout.

"Ya Hyerin, how did you get so close with Seonghwa?" San asked casually, but somehow made the whole table choked.

"Seonghwa?! As in Park Seonghwa?! I only left you for a day! What did you do?!" Again, Mingi screamed at me in disbelief.

"No wait, what the hell Hyerin? You didn't tell me anything earlier?!" Soojin snapped at me.

"Woah how come you're not saying anything about this Hyerin?" Yunho shook his head.

"I literally only talked to him once this morning, and that's that." I stated while crossing my arms.

"And what did you guys talked about? How did he ended up talking to you?" Soojin asked continuously.

"That's definitely not something casual, since Seonghwa even took my seat next to Hyerin." With that sentence by San, our table becoming more chaotic. All of them kept asking me more and more questions. I didn't know that talking to him will gave me this much headache.

"Woah this is making me mad now, what is it between you two huh?" Mingi asked, he sounds annoyed.

"You guys are too much, i'll tell you how it happens." I explained them what happened earlier and they got even more shocked.

"He definitely has crush on Hyerin." Wooyoung said while pointing his index finger to me.

"Mingi has a tough competitor then." Yeosang scoffed.

"Don't get fooled, he's a player." Wooyoung said to me.

"Is he? he seems nice though." I replied

"And attractive." Soojin added. I nodded, totally agree with Soojin statement.

I glanced at the watch on my wrist, it's been fifteen minutes since i came. I'm currently waiting for Mingi's class to end so we can go back home together. I was busy playing with my phone until i saw a boy with the faded-blue hair coming out from his class, wearing a plain white tee and red flannel with his blue ripped jeans. I approached him while calling out his name.

"Song Mingi! Let's grab some ice cream on our way home, you down?" I offered while clinging into his arm.

"Why don't you go with Seonghwa? He's nicer than me anyways." He pouts.

"Yaaa are you mad at me? Alright then i'll ask him to go with me." I replied while getting my hands off him.

"Don't do that! You're so mean." The boy whined then he grab my wrist.

"You're such a baby." I said while clinging back to his arm.

"Chaerin hasn't annoyed me yet today, i really don't wanna bump into her." Park Chaerin, she's the bold girl that always flirt with Mingi nonstop, she has to asked him out at least once a day.

"It must be nice then, let's hurry so you don't have to deal with that." I said while pulling his hand for a run.

"Mingi! Where are you two going? may i come too?" Speaking of the devil. Mingi and I were waiting for our bus while playing rock paper scissor to choose who will pay for the ice cream. At the same time, Chaerin came to us. Making her way to stand between Mingi and I by pushing me aside.

"We're going home." Mingi said with the coldest tone.

"Can you take me home too? I have to take the bus alone, and my house isn't near." She clinged into his arms and giving him the puppy eyes. She's actually pretty not gonna lie, she's also bold. I low key wish that i can be like her. She wear a black tight cropped top with a plaid skirt, she's also wearing a black boots. I always wanted to rock that look but Mingi always said that it doesn't suit me.

"I have things to do you know? you'll do well going home alone." Mingi replied.

"Why can't you be nice to me like how you treat that girl?" She asked rudely while glancing at me.

"That girl you said?! Your getting on my nerve Chaerin. Leave us alone, or do you want us to leave you alone?" Mingi raised his voice.  I'm also offended by her words but i tried to hold it back just because i don't wanna cause any fuss.

"I'm sorry Mingi, i didn't meant to said that." She talks sweetly making Mingi clench his teeth. He pushed Chaerin then took my wrist dragging me to walk away with him, leaving her annoyed.
