Aizawa took you to what apparently was the teachers lounge, briefly complaining that the principals office was just too small for this particular meeting.Upon arriving, you quickly gave the room a once over noting one window on the far wall behind the coffee table set in the middle of the room. You made your way to one of the couches and tucked yourself into the furthest corner from the door with Aizawa following. Only a few seconds passed before a few other people came and took a seat within the room. They were, you realized, the people you saw on the deck of that ship. You were a little more than grateful knowing that there were no new faces that you had to learn, although, you still would have to learn all of their names at some point...
"Alright now that everyone is here," A muffled voice sounded from Aizawa's scarf. Wait? Is his scarf talking? You frowned, eyeing his scarf suspiciously.
'If it moves, i'm gonna fucking punch it.'
Your fingers curled into your palm as you mentally dared the object to move just a centimeter so you could punt it into oblivion. The scarf began wriggling around Aizawa's neck, causing your body to be rigid at attention. Before you could blink, a small mouse type animal popped out from the layers, with Aizawa only moving his head slightly to the side. A glass vase on the other side of the room combusted, drawing everyone's attention away. You snatched the rat thing from Aizawa's scarf holding it by its neck. It observed you carefully, not saying anything, but not trying to escape either.
"I can promise I'm not a threat to you." It said politely, keeping its beady eyes locked with yours.
"I can promise I don't believe you." You retorted, not loosening your grip.
The teachers in the room were tense, the situation was a bit out of hand. Aizawa shifted placing his hands on either side of the rat thing and gently removing him from your hold.
"Take it easy, he's the principle."
Your frown deepened. That animal had a weird vibe to him, you couldn't exactly place it, but he seemed off. Somehow.
"Sorry."
"That's quite alright," The principle spoke, dusting off his waistcoat after being placed down. "I didn't mean to frighten you."
The other teachers in the room seemed to let out sighs of relief.
"Now, let's get started shall we."
Aizawa let out his own sigh after Nezu had officially started the meeting. He was exhausted. Having to deal with a teen who wasn't all the way there was something that he, unfortunately, had become accustomed to. However he and Y/N were a bit of a different story and sometimes her behavior caught him off guard. He really wasn't expecting her to go and grab Nezu as she had, but she did and now it was just another note on Aizawa's mental checklist of things to be on the lookout for. He sighed again, rubbing a hand down his face and zoning back into the meeting.
"With the league of villains, the safest place for her to be is with one of us." Nemuri spoke. She was surprisingly one of the best people to work with when it came to kids, and she knew what she was talking about pertaining to their health and well being.
"I think you're right," Toshinori started, a bit hesitantly, "but we all have a lot on our plates right now, especially with what happened at USJ. We have no idea who those people know and who they're working with. Are we really able to look after her right now?"
Aizawa glanced over at Y/N. She was staring off somewhere opposite where she sat, gaze unwavering. He turned back to the teachers.
"I-"
