is something I look forward to
I want to see how you are
Would you mind asking me too?
I look forward to that day
of our next exchange of "hi" and "hello,"
To see that familiar glimmer in your eyes
Do they still shine the way they do?
The day we meet again,
I hope you are doing well
You know life's a trickster
Have you found love and happiness?
It may take some time
but I want to let you know
I always look forward -
