Let's talk about some stuff regarding the story!!
Tsubaki is a very fun character for me to write. Her name means camellia as in the flower which is seen alotttt in fruits basket especially when ever Akito is shown.
Tsubaki was actually supposed to be younger and to end up with Yuki but then I felt the story might drag on too long which can make the update slow so I scrapped off the idea. Plus Machi and Yuki are quite perfect. I hesitated in between Hatori and Kureno a lot because Hatori was one of my first anime crushes so I always have a special spot for him lol but I ended up writing for Kureno. It's still as shame that I couldn't write for Yuki huhuhu
Tsubaki is character which is mainly inspired by two characters. One of them is Tohru is (you look hard enough) but most part of her is drawn from Shigure who she hates lolol
I tried to make the story messed up because I feel like the beauty of fruits basket really lies where they have to deal with one's problem yet they are able to grow because of it.
Nevertheless Fruits Basket is my favorite anime along side Gintama and loved it ever since their first version and was able to love it more due to the 2019 reboot. I planned this story ever since season 1 ended but only started posting recently.
The amount of reads has blown my mind and gone beyond my expectations. Once again Thankyou for reading and hope you enjoyed this as much as I did writing for it. :D
