The Power Ups are used to aid Spyro during his journey through the Forgotten Worlds.
Super Fly:
The Super Fly Power Up gives Spyro the little boost he needs to get to higher platforms such as a small cave near Sheila's Alp in Sunrise Spring.
Super Flame:
Spyro can access the Super Flame in order to blast open metal chests that are impenetrable by Spyro's Flame Breath or Horn Charge attacks.
Supercharge:
Spyro can access this high speed ability to blast through metallic chests and some high-speed Egg Thieves, such as the ones in Molten Crater and Icy Peak.
Invincibility:
As it's name suggests, Invincibility grants Spyro a temporary immunity to everything, this is extremely useful in the Lost Fleet, a World in Evening Lake, which is covered in a vast acid lake.
Super Fly and Super Flame Power Up:
This powerhouse of a Power Up was created by the Inventor Droid in Metropolis, a World situated in Avalar, the Super Fly and Super Flame Power Up is found in the Fireworks Factory, a World situated in Midday Gardens, the Power Up is used by Spyro to fight the Twin Gallik Dragons.
The dual Super Flame and Super Fly Power Up returns in the Super Bonus World, as Spyro collects the final few Gems needed to unlock the Sorceress' hiding place.
Ice Breath:
The Ice Breath attack was used by Spyro in Frozen Altars, a World located in the Evening Lake. Spyro gained this special Breath, after receiving the Fairy's Kiss from Gabrielle, the leader of the Ice Fairies, Spyro has permanent use of the Ice Breath for as long as he wants, throughout his stay in Frozen Altars.
