After realizing Kura had gotten his hands over classified information still under the shock and not being able to wrap his head around the re-rise of the Irukage.
Kura visited the Main Council which looked like a huge castle in the middle of nowhere. From the inside, it didn't have many rooms but there was one gigantic room filled with desks and seats. Most important decisions regarding many issues including clans, lands, etc were made in the Main Council.
Kura's information was just as important if not one of the most important. If the Irukage would start their rampage in a few more years then it would help the council and many more people to prepare beforehand. The Main Council would search for strong people or make many divisions of good guilds in different provinces depending on the number of attacks a province suffers. The Main Council also embraced such individuals who were ready to uncover to them imperative intel for the good of everyone else including them.
Kura went to the Main Council and after disclosing his case to the guards he was allowed to step in for further discussions over the information he held. Kura went in respectfully as the Main Council's members were indulged in work especially Rizu because she did most of the paperwork around the Council. Rizu was sitting on a golden chair with another Council member discussing something. Another guard who was guiding Kura notified Rizu of Kura's appearance at the Council. Rizu treated Kura with respect as well. She sat with him and they began talking:
"Hello Miss Rizu, I'm Kura of the Wisdom Sparkle guild. I have arrived here today to discuss some important things with you, the record keeper of the Council!" said Kura with sharp eyes.
"Ah yes I remember your name and your guild's name as well. I know your guild was the one that helped to nullify the war between the Land of Fields and Land of Barriers!" said Rizu with a smile.
"It's an honour you know me but I have something else I must tell you that my guild and I have partially raised the curtain off of. Take my word with a grain of salt as I say this," explained Kura.
"Yes, continue..." replied Rizu calmly.
"Lately this new organization named Assassin Army occupied the Land of Barriers. As you mentioned earlier was previously suffering from war. I can't seem to exactly pinpoint a suitably reasonable cause for that as of yet, but as I observed the travelling style of the organization's members I was able to discover the fact that they were Arefians. Except there boss named Mevero who was a Lapelian. None of the others could use Kyou and they all jumped while travelling which was a clear indication they were Arefians. My guild's new member defeated the entire Assassin Army. After some interrogation with Mevero, he told us that the ones behind his actions to specifically occupy the Land of Barriers which without a doubt harbours a majority Arefian population was the infamous Irukage. It doesn't make sense that the Irukage told the Assassin Army to occupy the Land of Barriers. If the reason they occupied it was solely the fact that it had suffered greatly from a war it didn't win then an even more war-torn land right beside, the Land of Fields. Why wasn't it the one to be occupied?" Said Kura explaining the circumstances at hand.
"Your intuitions somewhat correctly and in the same fashion connect to mine! The Council's leader Kaniwa has always specialized the cases involving the reappearance of the Irukage even after all these decades. I can just remember him touching the topic of the Irukage in one of our conferences a few months past and conferences are hardly ever possible due to the less leisurely time we at the Council get...However the topic about the Irukage's reappearence was brought up by both I and Kaniwa. We have given importance to it even if the Irukage suddenly disappeared long ago. Since you have shone a light on it with clear-sounding evidence, I believe our investigations and suspicions do intersect at the point where you said it all specifically took place in the recently war-torn Land of Barriers with a majority Arefian population. And singly that one part of this whole mystery about Arefians with the Land of Barriers is what keeps taking me back to thinking what the Irukage are trying to do. Whatever it is it'll ruin people's lives forever and that's what we as their opposites need to stop before it gets out of hand. I can already tell the Arefians are in trouble. The Irukage have deep pockets and they control lives of millions if not billions! The Arefians have been a very controversial race for centuries...even if that's true they are people like all of us here and they don't deserve death by the hands of the Irukage!" said Rizu with a voice of confidence and an expression of hope...
Kura felt happy he was of use in clearing his and Rizu's suspicions to what was actually real. Rizu requested Kura to keep the Council informed as well as her of such things if Wisdom Sparkle were to ever again encounter anything related to the Irukage.
Kura agreed with Rizu and after saying his goodbyes he left the council. Kura and Rizu talked for not so long simply because Rizu was getting ready for another conference in a few days. Rizu in her grand collection of records wrote down the date she came to know the information through Kura. She took 10 minutes to write everything as detailed as possible.
"Tuesday, 10 March, 1270" mumbled Rizu in a low tone.
Kura felt like some weight had gone off his shoulders after conveying his imperative message. Kura and Water King were able to get hold of the Mystic keys that Mevero had. Assassin Army collected all the keys. The keys with the Eola tribe's people were the last ones they were looking for. Since the organization got caught so did the keys in their possession. Mevero was then later escorted with Kura and Water King to the Main Council's biggest prison where infamous criminals were punished according to their crimes. Mevero was issued 6 years in jail for his crimes. He wasn't executed because he didn't kill anyone but for leading a whole rogue organization and forcefully occupying a land as well as kidnapping the Eola tribe's people he would've to cut 6 years in prison to make up for his actions.
At last Kura was right when he tried to justify why the Irukage were using the Assassin Army which was a mere organization to things for them. As Kura said that the Irukage probably used the Assassin Army to indirectly do things for them because they knew the Assassin Army was a fairly new rogue organization thus many people both from the Main Council and normal people wouldn't know much of it so the organization could slip away with minor crimes and because the fairly new organization wasn't an expert at their jobs the Irukage thought beforehand that in case the Assassin Army were to be caught. They'd be the ones to suffer and not the Irukage.
Just as Kura expected in the end Mevero was held accountable for the whole organization's actions whereas the Irukage hid away behind them controlling the Assassin Army like marionettes. It was truly sad because Mevero who used to be a pure-hearted person slipped once and before he knew it fell into the trap of the Irukage, he only ever wished to find the person who stole his one home which was the orphanage he ran for the homeless children...
Kura with Water King returned to the Land of Settlements where Reachlie and Tiing were. Kura brought with him all the keys...
All 4 of them flew and went in the middle of a giantly spacious and deserted field where they all stood holding each other's hands in a circle and it looked like a ritual was about to begin.
Kura put all the keys he had on the ground collected in a bunch on a single spot. The four stood holding hands in peace and quiet before gales of wind started to blow and when the four opened their eyes what they saw was expected but scary...
