Tiing's power level although still very faint was finally in reach for everyone. Kura was already expecting Water King to put up a tough fight. Kura saw tons of men all gathered in circles. Surrounding one main building which assumably was where the boss of the Assassin Army was.
"Looks like we've got some trouble on our hands!" Said Reachlie with a smirk indicating Reachlie was all ready to put people in their places again.
Kura smiled back hopefully. Although Kura carried doubts...
"Why is it that Assassin Army is specifically in the Land of Barriers even if it makes sense that they're all Arefians. How are they allowed to even stay here like this in a building of all places? And why is it that they're targeting us particularly? Something's a little fishy!" thought Kura confused.
Incidentally, moments later instead of questioning things Kura was pinpointing answers!
The Sphynxins and Evil Devils, both the guilds defeated by Wisdom Sparkle in the past had teamed up with the Assassin Army pulling its strings and them being the real reason Assassin Army as even Kura said 'particularly' targeted Wisdom Sparkle.
As the two guilds entered the wide stage. It got wider as the Boss of the Assassin Army named Mevero came from the back. Huge power levels all altogether gathered in one place meant destruction was expected.
Kura even though he got answers still didn't understand why the Assassin Army was in the Land of Barriers of all places.
As Kura was, he totally went into the rabbit hole thinking for a solid 10 minutes straight he was able to link together some things together again and dive deeper into what might be really going on.
"Why Land of Barriers?? If I move back a little I can easily remember how war-torn Land of Barriers looked against the Land of Fields. In our last mission when we sided with the Land of Fields to prove it triumphant against the Land of Barriers. I can easily agree with the fact that the Assassin Army appeared out of nowhere too. I never knew of it until back in the Land of Settlements, Zorfina. And the strange part is how easily a fairly new organization like the Assassin Army agreed to partner with the two guilds with clear motives to go against us and simply the fact that they're both evil and rogue guilds should be enough of a reason for the Assassin Army which is a new organization to think many times before agreeing to a partnership with them as the consequences could be lethal because this whole thing can definitely involve the Main Council once it comes to know about this whole thing going on here. This much confidence to still do something involving the bad side of the Main Council indicates that there is a big power behind everything they're doing. I don't know but I just can't let go of this feeling that this whole thing was staged by another bigger power from behind the scenes but then who would be this bigger power?? I'll also have to investigate what was the reason Assassin Army was formed?? Was it something nationalistic or maybe something else...?" Thought Kura with evidential reasoning.
Kura forgot about the whole fuss for a second and decided he'd better focus on the problem at hand. Water King walked ahead and said:
"Give me a chance so I can show you my power"
Reachlie agreed and so did Kura with Tiing. Everyone was intrigued that Water King was going to go into the fight all alone. Reachlie believed in him and his power. She just wanted to test his fighting style and his strength.
Without a moment's rest, Water King charged like a bullet.
"Water slicer"
"Clone style times 3"
"Water Spears"
Water King ran and flew all over the air mumbling strong-sounding attacks like they were nothing. Kura was watching intrigued at the amount of energy it would require for three different Kyous to be generated all at the same time.
