" h-huff....h-huff " tanjiro panted heavily as she was in the middle of a mission until tanjiro got shot in the stomach and managed to cut the demons head off at the same time, " f-fuck...." tanjiro cursed to herself a she coughs blood ' m-mission complete ' she thought as she starts running towards her next mission until she started to slow down leaving a trail of blood, " i-im not g-gonna make it..." tanjiro said to herself as she slows down even more and eventually sits against a tree.
" I'm g-going to die here..." tanjiro said to herself as tears stream down her cheeks with a small smile as she saw visions of her family, " tanjiro my baby girl join us " kei kamado said reaching her arms out for tanjiro to hug her " m-mom im coming i can't w-wait to reunite with you all! " tanjiro said as she slowly walks towards her mom as tanjiro's family suddenly starts fading away, " m-mom?! whats going on?! " tanjiro said starting to cry as tanjuro said " tanjiro your being rescued so its time for us to part ways, but until your at near death again we will reunite as family once more farewell tanjiro " her father said with tears in his eyes along with her other siblings and mother as tanjiro started to sob.
" No NO NO COME BACK!!!!! I DON'T WANT TO BE SAVED I WANNA BE WITH YOU MOM, DAD, SISTER, BROTHERS " tanjiro sobbed hard as hanako said " let us meet again in the afterlife soon sister " she said as she fades off as tanjuro fades with hanako, " don't cry nii-chan! will meet again soon ok? " rokuta said fading off as kei said " my sweet, sweet, daughter, stay strong and keep your head up high and don't let no one stop you from being who you are i love you so so much...farewell " she said as tanjiro's mother fades away.
" T-takeo....s-shigeru don't leave me " tanjiro sobbed hard as they both said " don't cry sister there is no reason to cry, you have an amazing future out there and we all want you to go live that best life until the day we meet again we love you sis! " they said as they both fade away completely as tanjiro woke up with a jump and she yelled " DON'T LEAVE ME!!! " she sobs in her arms as shinobu pats her on the back concerned. " T-tanjiro-kun? " mitsuri said extreamly worried as tanjiro looks up to see all the hashira's in front of her.
" Kamado girl is everything ok? " kyojuro said also concerned " NO EVERYTHING IS NOT OK!!! I WAS GONNA JOIN MY FAMILY IN THE AFTERLIFE BUT SOME DUMBASS HAD TO RUIN IT ALL!!!! AARGGHHHH!!! " tanjiro yelled punching the wall so hard it cracked, " tanjiro calm down!! " giyuu shouted hugging her tightly as gyomei quietly said " pour soul... only wanted to be with her family and the oppertunity got taken from her " he muttered as tengen said " but nezuko! what about your little sister?! how will she feel if you passed away! " he said as everyone nodd in agreement.
" Tengen's right if you die how would your sister feel? " obanai said as tanjiro started to calm down, " g-guess i never thought about that... " tanjiro said sniffling softly " get better soon kamado girl! " kyojuro rengoku said trying to lighten up the mood " i-i will t-thanks rengoku-san " tanjiro said with a soft smile.
Days went by as tanjiro starts to recover fast as shinobu came in smiling " shinobu-san c-can i speak with you for a moment? " tanjiro said as shinobu nods with a smile and after a few minutes sanemi came to visit her only to hear talking as he puts his ear over the door as tanjiro said " i think im in love with s-sanemi-kun i can't stop thinking about him even if i can't go near him i think i have a crush on hi- " tanjiro was cut off as sanemi slams the door open and storms over to her kissing tanjiro deeply.
" M-mmmph!? " tanjiro turns a bright shade of red as sanemi pulls away from the kiss with a smirk " i knew you were hiding something ever since that incident happened " sanemi said as tanjiro was embarassed " needless to say i like you too " he said pulling tanjiro close in a hug, shinobu smirked and let them have some alone time as sanemi started to speak " i followed the bloody trail and ended up finding you so i rushed you to the butterfly estate as fast as i could even though we couldn't be near each other " sanemi said softly as he kissed her forehead softly.
" T-that was you who rescued me? " tanjiro said sniffling as sanemi nodded " yes that was me " he said giving her pecks on the cheek, " i didn't mean to take your oppertunity of reuniting with your family but we can't lose anymore demon slayers and plus your sister will be devastated " he said as tanjiro nods in understanding " i understand " she said with a smile as after tanjiro recovered she and sanemi would start a relationship together and after a few days tanjiro ends up pregnant.
