Your Perspective

I was in the hotel library. I grabbed a book that looked interesting and began to read. I heard footsteps come near. I looked up to see Alastor with a gentle smile.

"Can I help you, Alastor?"

"Yes, you can. Would you like to try this new restaurant that opened today?"

"Like a date?"

"Yes!"

I smiled and kissed his cheek.

"I would love to go with you, Alastor."

"Great! I will pick you up tonight at 8."

I smiled. I left to get ready for our date.

After a while, I heard a knock at my door. I went over and opened the door to reveal Alastor. He was holding a beautiful bouquet of glass roses. He handed them to me.

"You look beautiful."

"Thank you, Alastor."

I took his hand as he stepped me out of my home. He linked our arms together. We began to walk and sing together to the restaurant.
