What defines a villainous quirk? All of the "Villanous" ones can also be used in heroic situations.
Is there a system where the more heroic you are, the more laws benefit you?
Aren't quirkless geniuses for not having to remember all the inner workings of their quirk?
How reliant is society on quirks?
Is there a line between abuse and putting those lower in their place?
Is the quirk gene created when they are 4, or does it only activate at 4?
What does a toe bone have to do with a quirk?
If the quirk gene fails to activate, would that make a quirked person quirkless?
Have there been false diagnoses what an error occurs in the genetics, and a quirked person is born with 2 toe joints?
What if the quirk is being able to have more joints in any body part, and they made an extra joint in their toe? would they be labled as quirkless?
