As soon as Quinn arrived at Kings cross with her family, her mother tried once more to change her mind. "Darling... Are you certain you want to attend Hogwarts? Because, as I recall, when I was a child, I, too, became perplexed by such trivial matters. And-"

Quinn looked at her mother with pleading eyes.
"Ma... I want to go to Hogwarts. I feel like I really belong there with Alice and Ruby. I could never go somewhere without them by my side"

"Monique, give the child some space. Not all her life she's going to go to that french school of yours." Her father, Frederic tried to reason with his wife only to result a glare from her own mother.

"Nonsense!" She turned back to Quinn. "for the last time, just to be absolutely sure.. Are you certain to go to that school?"

Quinn sighed. "Yes ma. I promise you. I'm gonna love it there!"

Her mother looked not convinced but she held down her retort and put a reassured smile on her face instead. "If you say so darling... Off we go then?"

She smiled broadly as she nodded. "Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes," She smiled, oblivious to a pair of greyish-blue eyes staring at her from a safe distance. The young boy looked at her with love in his eyes. If you look closely, you'll notice that he's changed a lot. His platinum blonde hair was not slicked back, his body became more muscular, and his stature increased. He was with his mother and his father, who was holding a staff with a serpent's head.

"Draco!" His father hissed

He turned his head and bowed "sorry father"

"Come along now, Draco...." His mother's calming voice welcomed him and he found himself in her embrace before they set a foot through the walls of 9¾. They passed through the walls, as if time had stopped, and found themselves in the train station, where students of all ages were kissing their parents goodbye and some started to gather in groups. Draco perked up, scanning the crowd of wizards and witches for his mates Crabbe and Goyle. He also knew deep down that he wanted to find Quinn first but his father already led him away.
He finally found them perched on each of there own luggage after minutes of searching. They were happily munching on chocolate cupcakes and brownies while their parents looked on with disgust.

"Crabbe, Goyle! Over here" he called out in a deep voice. The two turned their heads in alarm but then almost as quickly they walked off toward Draco. Their parents trailing behind them. Mr. Malfoy led the two father's away, it seems as though they were to talk about something. Whilst Narcissa had a small chat with the ladies.
"—It is so nice to finally see the both of you again. Tis been a long time hasn't it?" Narcissa said, a smile on her face.

The two other ladies agreed and they led onto waving their children goodbye. "Good-bye, mummy!" Crabbe motioned with his right arm, as if he were a small child seeking attention. His mother smiled and nodded.

The train moved onward, the three of them settled down in a compartment in west wing. Meanwhile the three girls positioned themselves in the east wing. Ruby practically lay sprawled on the seat. Alice was tying her own hair in a single french-braid while Quinn got out her knitting utensils and starting knotting up a new cream colored scarf. She considers it her present for herself.

"I. Am. So. Bored. " Ruby groaned, accidentally kicking Alice in the face. "Ow! RUBY!" Alice growled angrily "I am already in a bad mood and yet you seem to be making everything worse!"

"Geez. Is it your time of the month?" Ruby joked

Alice's eyes widened. She was fuming "OBVIOUSLY!!!" She screamed from the top of her lungs. From in front of them, Quinn rolled her eyes, covering her ears. Mumbling a soft idiots.

After a million years inside the train— no kidding. (Laughs) they arrived at Hogwarts. Alice was still in a bad mood, ruby was absolutely bored to death and was yawning at the moment, While Quinn was able to finish her cream colored scarf and was wrapping it around her neck.

Meanwhile from the west side part of the train, Draco came out with his goons. He loosened his black tie a bit and straightened his shirt. Taking a look around, he sneered and said "Pathetic." Then he looked by his side to find Crabbe and Goyle nodding at what he said. "come on boys. There's plenty more where that can from" then they marched up toward the castle. The other Slytherins, Gryffindors, Hufflepuff's and Ravenclaws not so far behind.

The singing of the choir echoes through out the walls of the great hall. The choir held toads for some reason and honestly speaking, it wasn't all pleasant. After their song, they went back to their respective houses and sat down. McGonagall went through the lists of newcomers, calling each one out, one by one. "Sabrina Cortez!"

A beautiful girl with cornflower blue eyes rose, her hair was deeply curled raven black, and she had rosy cheeks and pink plumped lips. She had a light medium skin tone, which added to her beauty. Quinn was terrified because it was something she could never have. She was blonde and pale. There were so many what-ifs going through her mind. One) What if this girl causes trouble?, Two) What if Draco likes her more than me?, Three) What if she was put into Slytherin?, Four) What if—

She was cut off by the sorting hats gruff voice "RAVENCLAW! " the girl beamed, unintentionally brightening up the whole room. Some boys even stood up and helped her to the Ravenclaw table. I'm thinking I hate her already, Quinn thought.

"Moving on..." Professor McGonagall looked back at the scroll and said aloud "James Peterson!"

This time a boy went up with lustrous golden brown hair, his eyes bright grey and he had this sort of trouble-maker look. Nonetheless the boy was good-looking. A head turner even.

"Ah what do we have here?.... Lets see.. not there. Not over there. Ah I know now. GRYFFINDOR!" The sorting hat announced. The wizards and witches at Gryffindor table cheered, standing up to shake his hand and pat him on the back.
He smiled and it was one of the cutest things ever. Through the corner of her eye, Quinn noticed Draco looking at her. There was something in his eyes though she was not sure what it was. Then he looked away.

McGonagall read through the last of the newcomers and finally when she was done, the feast finally began. Rows of delicious food was laid down the entire table. Her favorites practically placed infront of her and she drooled in delight. Yum, she thought. Then all of a sudden, a figure came by and sat right next to her, his attention never wavering. She looked beside and was met by the one and only Draco Malfoy.

"So...." He started

"So......" She continued

He shuffled on his feet, gaining awkward silence between them. "I missed you"

She looked at him "I miss you too"

" And yeah I saw you with your family earlier..."

"Oh you did?"

"Yeah" he nodded "You look like your mom. She's beautiful which makes you beautiful..."

She giggled and a light reddish tint colored her pale cheeks. "Thank you."

Awkward silence rised between them once more. Quinn decided to break it by saying, "What do you think about the new girl? Sabina? Or Wait no. Sabrina that's it!"

He stared at her and shrugged "She's beautiful actually but she's not my type."

Quinn released a breath she didn't even know she was holding. "Oh okay okay that's uh good. I'm mean it's not good but you know—"

Draco laughed and said "I like you. And I only have eyes for you" and just like that, she fell for him again.
