With a few exceptions, it is practically an inherent human impulse to seek out any type of human contact or relationship. But, if friendship is regarded as nearly a requirement or as a force to be reckoned with, does it have real psychological and, more importantly, health implications? Friendships provide a variety of benefits, including greater feelings of belonging, purpose, and increased levels of happiness, reduced levels of stress, improved self-worth and confidence.
While good friends can help you have to go through challenging times and even aid you overcome a destructive habit, toxic relationships can leave you feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, dissatisfied, and unequal. Friendships are remarkable because they are entangled with so many elements of your life, including your family, career, and hobbies. These feelings can however penetrate all of these areas if you have a toxic friendship. If a particular friendship is isn't meeting your standards, it may be time to evaluate whether it deserves a welcoming in your life.
Humans are sociable animals by nature. Friendships may have a huge impact on the society, which is why it's so vital to make sure you feel supported, understood, and happy when you leave them.
Being part of a supportive social network can lead to better mental and physical health for many people. Isolation and loneliness are significant factors in provoking anxiety and depression and, perhaps surprisingly, can have a negative effect on physical health and endurance comparable to smoking or obesity.
What is it about relationships that promotes positive mental health if we believe that mental health is about having a sense of meaning and purpose in life, being relatively in touch with reality, being able to manage with stressors, and being able to enjoy life at least some of the time?

''TAKEMICHI THAT WAS SO COOL!!''
'' I WAS TOTALLY MOVED!!''
A chestnut haired boy as well as another boy with dark hair, slicked back exclaimed.
The both boys were ecstatic that their dear friend caught the attention of a gang leader meanwhile Takemichi was freaking out, imagining ridiculous scenarios.
''What morons.'' the plum haired boy verbalized, who named to be Akkun.
Akkun was the leader of Takemichi's middle school gang and most likely the most responsible out of all of them. Whilst the rest were diverted, Akkun was verbalizing to Takemichi about wanting to kill Kiyomasa to elude the torture they have suffered through. Thanks to Takemichi, his friends won't suffer. What a sublime boy.
